I brought my truck in for a oil leak. They not only fixed the leak but also found other issues with my truck that they fixed as well. They went above and beyond the service and repairs that I had received at any other shops I had gone to in the past. Their communication and transparency on my trucks issues was amazing. Called to get my duramax in because the injection pump failed. They could not get it in for 2 months. I can not have my truck down that long. Took it to another shop and got it fixed in no time. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Great shop and my go to stop for parts or service. Won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. Extremely helpful staff and will help you find what you need if they don't have it on hand, order it and next thing you know it's there waiting for you.

500 miles from home, our truck had a catastrophic failure. AND we were hauling a 35' 5th wheel trailer. The folks @ Jefferson State took wonderful care of us. They knew we were 'up a creek without a paddle', and they went out of their way to help us out. These are ABSOLUTE PROS. One of the finest companies that I have EVER dealt with. In the future, I'd consider driving back the 500 miles just for routine maintenance! In a world of money- grabbing, dishonest repair shops, the people @ Jefferson State Diesel stand alone as HONEST, RELIABLE FOLK.Thanks for everything guys...Service: Engine repair

It took my 2nd Gen Ram in for some routine service and purchased a FASS and Juice with Attitude. They got my machine out promptly and answered a few questions about the FASS and Juice installs I was doing myself. They were prompt and did a good job. Later that day I was filling my tank and fuel started gushing out of the tank under the truck - coming out almost faster than I was putting it in. This had nothing to do with the services JSD performed - totally unrelated. Of course I stopped fueling and rushed over to JSD hoping for a quick fix - it was nearly 5pm. When I pulled in they took it right back to the shop, put it onto the lift and fixed the issue, charging me way less than an hour's shop time.BTW, both installs were not too difficult and both have made my truck a great pleasure to drive. I especially love the tuner - what an amazing difference it made in my Cummins - it is like a completely different truck and having a real-time handle on so many important readings is a game changer - no more fat-dumb-and-happy truck abuse.Many shops would have told me to leave it and they would get to it in the morning, but not JSD - Good Job!

Jeremy and his crew do great job. I had a new motor and transmission put in and they kept in communication the entire time and completed everything in a timely fashion.
