Hi my name is Thomas Hammond I'm giving your shop a five star because you are good people and you made your mistake right you replaced my fat tires on my ebike but the mechanic that worked on it forgot to replace the spacer on the hub motor, anyway I was lied straight to my face and I was told that there was no spacer on the bike, but then the mechanic magicly found the missing spacer on the work bench, long story short if my bike didn't have that spacer in the beginning it would have ripped the wires out of my motor to begin with, I lucked out it just kept unplugging the the power from the controller board to the motor. My advice tell your mechanic who worked on my ebike too go back to school or get rid of him that mistake almost cost me quite a bit of money

We had our bike serviced here and had a wonderful experience! They had a super fast turn around time, they were able to address all of our concerns, and they even washed our bikes too!
This is our go to bike shop.

Came in on a Sunday with a flat back tire on an electric bike. Jay and Justin took a look and said they could fix it TODAY. It took Jay about 20 minutes. Super helpful, kind and the cost was nominal. We are now back in Lassen National Park enjoying our day. I would definitely come back here. This place is great. They also have a huge selection of ebikes to rent or purchase and other bike supplies too. Thank you so much!!!

I dropped my older mountain bike off at the Adventure Hub for a tune up and repairs. I was not given an invoice for the work requested and when I asked if they needed any ID from me, the young lady I was dealing with said, "We have your bike." Three days went by and I heard nothing. I phoned and I was told that my bike needed a new rear wheel because it could not be repaired. I asked to be called with a quote for the tune up and new wheel but no one called me back . After another 3 days so I went in and picked up my bike just to be referred to another shop where I might have the wheel replaced. What's up with That???? If they couldn't repair or replace the wheel they should have phoned me. I should have been tipped off when the young lady told me, "We have your bike". Their business cards with the days listed for doing business is not correct either. Very unprofessional and I will not return. "Stars" , what stars.Tracy B

We were heading out to Colorado Springs and my bf bike wouldnt shift correctly. We called Adventure Hub in Redding because we had just discovered this business at the Outdoor Expo at the civic a month before. A young man (sorry i cant remember your name, but you got bike skills) fixed the derailleur and shifter and we were on our way the next morning. Thanks Adventure Hub, Jasper and your skilled bike mechanics. Colorado was awedome riding.

Great shop for bikes and kayaks/sups. Nice people, great bikes (especially for gravel or touring bikes), and excellent knowledgeable bike mechanic. Quick return on repairs. Plus rent ebikes to use on the nearby river trail - super fun!
