I needed a small part for an old faucet and they took the time to look through their parts and tried to find something that would work for me. Completely above and beyond what was required! Even though we couldn't find the part, I felt like they really helped and I don't feel like I wasted the time trying to get it fixed! Thank you!

I'm all about wanting to spend my money locally. My experience that I had today was quite ridiculous though. Went in for a plumbing/electrical part the young man at the counter first tried to sell me a used part, then when I called him on it he went back and found another part. The option for the used part was $100 and the option for the not used part was $150. I left the store and bought the exact same part for $11 on Amazon. I'm all about people having a reasonable markup but this was absolutely ridiculous.

So disappointed and definitely not impressed. We purchased our original kitchen sinks here so we went back to pick out new sinks and the young woman was NOT at all helpful. She said we needed to find someone willing to take out our old sinks first without wrecking our granite. As if we were incapable of doing this ourselves (which we HAVE done before) She didn't offer any kind of help, no offer to show us anything or ask questions. Worst sales person I've ever dealt with in home building supplies.

I recently purchased $1750 in supplies for a small job and remarked to the clerk at Pace that it seemed a bit high. He commented that the price of galvanized steel was up, so...I am not ordinarily very price-conscious, but it occurred to me as I left the store that this could not be explained by inflation alone. And I was amazed when I looked at the bill to find that Pace charged me $180 dollars (not a typo!) for each 1.5"x48" galvanized nipple, $24 for each 1.5" galvanized elbow ($8 at Gerlinger), $103 for each each 14"x19" NDS water box ($35 at Lowes), $164 for each 13"x20" NDS water box ($59 at Lowes), $116 dollars for each water box extension, etc, etc. In the end, the prices at Pace were uniformly--sometimes as much as 3 times--higher than those charged by their local and online competitors!I understand the need to make enough money to pay one's employees a decent wage, but Pace accomplishes none of that when they drive away customers with ridiculously high prices--and, come to think of it, the place used to be a lot busier when it was still JW Wood. I returned every item, and won't be back again.

Returned items with in 1 hr of purchasing due to not needed them unfortunately pace hit me with 15% restocking fee , the restock fee was almost $200 i am a fairly mellow guy but that’s just not ok and there for I will make a point of telling anyone not to buy from pace there are other stores who will treat you better no need to support a business with these practices

Purchased 320ft of 1" conduit, got to the yard and it was wretched and warped, looked online and it was 1/4 the price Pace was charging at Lowes, went to get my money back and they charged me a restocking fee of $200 on the $1400 bill.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PACE.I will never refer any business to Pace in the future, and will take all commercial business elsewhere.

Pace Supply has everything you need for an intricate plumbing job or for that matter, any HVAC, Irrigation, Hydronics parts, along with Finishing, and even a large assortment of tools and equipment! Nick, was very helpful at the counter as were all the other service counter assistants with my last order and I would highly recommend them.

Says they closed at 5 and I arrived at 440, cutting it close I know, but I work. Lady seemed unwilling to help that close to her closing hours let alone I wasn’t able to see what they even had on display. Heard good things but very disappointed.

This is only for delivery drivers….the people are very friendly and helpful but the dock is very difficult to get into. There are pallets everywhere (at least there was the day I went) that made it almost impossible to back into the dock. I had to leave my cab at a 45 angle in order to get trailer straight. Day cabs have no problem but if you have a sleeper it’s not fun. Hopefully it’s better for the next driver.
