He got me appropriate help quickly and anticipated my questions, offered me helpful information and made me feel valued as a longtime customer of the bank. He was easy to talk to, good natured, thoughtful in his questions, and patient with my questions - I appreciate him so much! Clone Chris or promote him to management to teach others how to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere - most people find it a chore to go to the bank or intimidating to discuss financial issues but Chris's personality, professionalism and charisma made banking here a delight! His friendliness made banking less intimidating, he took his time to respectfully explain things I didn't understand, and he put me at ease so I felt comfortable asking questions.
