I've been buying my motorcycle and car batteries at this shop for years now.
They are a bit pricey in comparison but their no hassle warranties are well worth it.
This shop has some of the best customer service I have honestly ever received.
I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped me with my 06 z1000 battery yesterday, but if that gentleman is not a manager, he needs to be.

I went here a couple years ago for a new battery, it was the cheapest place in town! Well my battery went bad and was still under warranty. I was told they needed 1 to 2 days to check the bad battery to make sure it was bad... I was unaware they have loaner batteries so I went home having to figure out my rides for 2 days for work. My sister informed me of the loaner so I called and was told indeed they do have one so she drove me over to get it, they checked my old battery while I was on the way and had a new battery ready for me.... why the runaround if it only took 10 minutes to check it?? Anyway, other than that lil hiccup I love going here!

Will not be back. Wow! I'm shocked at the attitude that we ran into! We found out my battery was still warrantied through les Schwab and got an earful! This was after we cancelled a sale for a "refurbished" battery. We cancelled because we found out that it was a up to 1.5 years old and used as a loaner battery. The refurbished batteries there are just recharged used batteries. Attitude off the hook!

A picked up a battery for my 89 Chevy $40 less than it would have been at O'Reilly's. With a 6 year warranty can't beat it.

Tyler is a wonderful example of five-star service with a smile. My battery needed to be charged and he took the time to install a loaner battery until mine was in tip-top shape again. Destin, his fellow employee, assisted until I was safely on my merry way. Go to Interstate Batteries for the best service and employees in Redding, California!

My car was having trouble starting, still starting but longer crank up times, especially if I didn't drive it for a couple of days. Someone told me Interstate was a good brand to go with and better than some house brand at a discount super store. This store had the battery I needed so I drove to Redding to get it installed. The process was easy and didn't take too long at all. The people here are easy to deal with and professional. The price was higher than I thought batteries cost, but I guess if you want a better product, you gotta pay more.At least the green battery looks cool under my hood! My original battery lasted 5 years, so I guess that's about the time to replace them. Better to replace sooner than wait till the car doesn't start and you're stuck out somewhere. My car starts super fast now when I hit the start button. It's like day and night with peace of mind ... and one less thing in life to worry about!

Tyler did a great job, I needed a new battery for my truck, and Tyler was super helpful. He did the install seconds after I pulled in, I think the total time I was there was about 15 minutes. He checked to make sure the issue was with my battery and not something more severe. Great customer service, very satisfied customer. Thanks, Tyler.
