I cannot even start with how grateful I am for these wonderful people. I have a Kirby sentria and they have gone above and beyond for me!!! My Kirby was ready in a weekend!!! Cost me less than $50! They are by far the best!!! They will always have my business! I have brought my sewing machine and they have always done me right! A+++! Great staff!

This is a one.stop shop! Everything I need for all of my vacuums. They just fixed my Kirby avalare in record time cheaper than if I sent it in. One of the original family businesses left in Redding.!

Old school customer service, I really appreciate this ? Why because I come from a family of retail stores, also was in retail for over 35 years. I would pride myself with ******************* has my parents taught me.Hokema's was so kind to me, they explained everything to me , what the charge would be to have my vacuum cleaned and repaired...Staff was helpful, funny and kind. I highly recommend this store business !!They really do care, so nice in this day and age. Thank you *** ( owner) for staying true to your word !! A new customer for life !!

Even though they didn’t have the part in stock. He took the time to look up the part number, gave it to us so we could order it on line. No one in Chico would take the time to help us out.Wow what amazing service!

years ago i sent a vacuum to get serviced. i was told it was junk and they would throw it away for free. this January i sent a dyson in with a clogged line and asked if they could get it back to par. they replied saying it needed a new nozzle and asked if they could throw it away. do not give your parts to these scam artists.

Fantastic place, bought my babyLoc machine here and the staff is amazing. Kind, friendly. Very, Very helpful. So much knowledge. Can help with the smallest things. The classes are fun and oh so helpful. You can not go wrong for any help with sewing, quilting or embroidery!!

We were in need of a new vacuum. We stopped by Hokema’s and found out that after 12 years we should’ve been servicing our vacuum and changing filter yearly. Who knew? We decided to have our vacuum serviced instead since we still liked our vacuum. We dropped it off on Monday, got the estimate on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday. Our vacuum runs and sucks like new, we had excellent customer service and they saved us $250 bucks from not having to buy a new vacuum. I highly recommend.

Took my Mom's Singer (I learned to sew on it), in for a check-up, cleaning, adjustments.The assistant was friendly, funny, and downright adorable. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. No BS about pricing.Other happy customers in the store too.
