Love this store and this location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cheap prices. Prices hardly gone up with recent inflation. Every where else nearly doubled. Not harbor freight though.

Being a woman I'm always a bit intimidated to purchase something women usually don't purchase. Today I bought a 2hp water pump and was very pleased with my buying experience. The staff at this Harbor Freight is top notch.

been shopping at harbor freight for many many years. Long before they had a outlet in Redding. I used to travel even to Stockton to purchase tools because they work. And I have been and was a long time craftsman tool guy. this place is saved me money. I used their tools when I was working and thought any problems whatsoever The staff here is very friendly and helpful.

These a***oles tried to have our car towed for parking here instead of the restaurant next door. Genuinely didn't know the lot wasn't shared and it was 90% empty? These guys are complete low lives.

This Harbor Freight is my favorite to go to in all of California. The people that work here are what really make the experience. Especially the manager Charlie! I've never had a better customer service experience in retail and appreciate the help the manager and employees give to not just me but the other people who I see go in. Absolutely would recommend.
