Terrible cleaning staff, it’s been 3 days since they cleaned my room. They finally cleaned my room after I requested it and didn’t completely clean the room. Definitely not staying here again. I’m a diamond member lol

It's OK. Jordan and his fellow front desk were friendly. The food was OK, glad there were fruits available.
All was clean except when I checked the tub. I saw hair. Obviously, it wasn't clean properly. Then, when I took a shower, the conditioner was out. Good thing we have our own toiletries.

Awesome room. Awesome everything thing else in the building. Very comfortable king size bed. Friendly desk staff. Non-skid tub. The washcloth did not feel like sandpaper. I would prefer a larger HDTV but the existing HDTV is adequate.

I ended up at this hotel by mistake and I was humiliated by Jordan in front of customers. I am an honor member of Hilton for long time and I have not humiliated by Hilton members before. I was so tired drove for 7 hours and I was excited that I have reached my final destination, however, that was a mistake. In addition to my tiredness I was also humiliated by Jordan, the older man next to him was not helpful either. Perhaps Jordan and his friend may need retraining how to handle customer service.
Noteworthy details: Customer service is important and the staff failed on how to handle customer service, thus, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I don’t understand some of the reviews on here because our room was not clean! I barely arrived and noticed someone else’s long hair on the shower walls. Gross. Not a clean place. Bed was absolutely awful. It was concave on my side and hard everywhere else. Middle of my back hurt after sleeping on it. I would have been better off sleeping in my car…except that the neighborhood isn’t great. Lots of sketchy people just wandering around. We had a “view” out back behind property to an interesting motel with interesting activity…in broad daylight. Also lots of big construction trucks using that motel’s parking lot as a staging area or something and it was very noisy early in the morning. Continental breakfast was ok. We won’t be back. I still can’t believe how much we paid for this place. There’s got to be a better hotel in town or maybe a different town on the way to our vacation in Oregon. This was the first night on a 15-day trip, and I can say this was easily one of the worst hotels on the trip. Normally I take more pics of where we stay but this one pic is all that was worth taking, and it doesn’t explain how bad it really is.
