After waiting in the vehicle line for 45 minutes to donate, we were told they don't take new headboards or footboards. They need to post a detailed list of acceptable items on their website.

This store is quite entertaining and I could almost write a novel about what I find there on so many levels. Like any relationship, change is inevitable. The circus culture that once fascinated me and kept bringing me back is likely the same that now repels me. Was the store society, or is society the store.. Either way the freakshow took over the circus and I think I became one of the freaks. Why am I chasing yellow carts surrounded by others doing the same thing? Facinating place, the good, the bad and the ugly will always be there. How many thrift shops have used needle dispensers in the bathrooms and are forced to hire a security guard due to shoplifting. The store is truly a spectacle of so many elements. Either way, another era has spawned, the corporatized culture is sqeezing the heads of overworked employees. Perhaps visiting this store was originally a liberation from my own oppressive workplace. With seeing employees put under needless pressure and even forced out, the excitement of chasing bargains has diminished. Familiar friendly faces started randomly disappearing much like my own workplace. The criminal classes loot this place so freely that it's practically a dark comedy. The homeless have found a home and the hoarders are even having to work harder in the jungles of it all.

Great selection this last time I went, prices were a lil higher, but still great deals that are hard to beat for name brand pants, etc.

Worst attitude ever trying to give them donations. This was the second time. Will be donating to Salvation Army or somewhere else.
Not to mention their prices are outrageous.

Way overpriced. Can get new clothes at Ross, Burlington, and other stores cheaper than here. Household items are crazy expensive for getting everything donated. The new items they have are more expensive that they are on Amazon or at Target. This place is so packed full, if they would mark prices down they would be so jammed full.

I enjoy shopping at this store and finding some unique treasures. I used to live in Nevada but moved to California. I don't like the fact that this store has new products it sells. I liked that the stores in Nevada were strictly used and donated products. I wish this store only had donated items at a reasonable price but I would recommend the store for people to check out.

Greedy.Idk why y'all think it's ok to markup basic items, that you have gotten for free. This place used to be affordable, and be a place were "poor" people could come, not anymore. Some of their used items that they received for free are more expensive than target.I get that people have made it "trendy" and such, but jesus, I should be able to afford clothes for my kids and I can't even do that anymore, due to the high markup.

Very rude employees, they could benefit from a course on politeness. It seems the older women are the worst. This store is terrible. I will drive the extra miles to Red Bluff because of quality of workers. This is my first negative review. That's how bad this store is. There were two men who were very professional and helpful.

Horible theft problem. I walked in the other day and watched a couple shoping for thier kids for christmas. They were talking about how a certain jacket would be nice for thier daughter. I contiuned to shop and checkout the store. When I got to the shoe section. I watched them load up thier entire cart into totebags being sold at the store. They then walked out the front door with those bags not paying for anything. Why should I purchase anything from a store that does nothing about thieft.Prices are close to the same price as new as well. This place has really gone down hill.

Honestly, when I went to the store was a little crowded. Only as crowded as much as you would expect from a goodwill, though. Overall, they seem to have pretty good prices. And the staff did seem to have a good attitude, but unfortunately there was a fair amount of homeless. And it was cluttered, so 4 stars.

It stinks inside the store. Like fart. Its overpriced for a thrift store. You get a better deal buying new at Burlington or Temu. The staff is so busy putting clothes away that they avoid you when asking for help. or give you short answers. Not helpful at all. A lot of homeless and drug addicts in and around the store.

I can't believe how expensive Goodwill has gotten. And it's all donated stuff. The bathrooms were totally dirty and full of clothes. People were obviously shoplifting. And there was no toilet paper. I was Very disappointed with this store. Not coming back.
