We did not have audio and could not access one of our programs after they worked on our system. It took a while to make contact, but we finally were able to contact the supervising tech who supervised the new tech who worked on our system. He came and fixed everything that was not working. He was very nice and patient, very kind and certainly very skilled. All is well and working fine now and at no extra charge. We will certainly use them again.

Tried calling for a TV repair. I ended up talking to a very depressed sounding woman who told me they don't repair TVs and that was it. I told her the website says you do and she just said "no" with such attitude. So I just decided to just hangup from the awful customer service, she must hate her job.

I wanted to cancel a Geek Squad appointment. I called the number in the Geek Squad page. There is no way to contact a human at the Redding Best Buy store. The answering messages are the worst of any site I've experienced. There is no receptionist, no operator, so no way for me to let them know that I am not coming in to the store.

I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning. They called and said they didn't have a technician in my area and could they reschedule. They rescheduled for Friday 9-12. They called Friday morning and asked to reschedule to the afternoon. Then they called and said the technician was having an issue and could they reschedule to Saturday. The appointment was scheduled 12 - 2. Again they called that the tech was having a problem and could they reschedule again. This time he was supposed to arrive at 4. It's now 535 pm and still no tack and no call. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER encounteredDO NOT USE the GEEK techs from Best Buy!
