Staff is super helpful,equipment is in good shape and adapted for a person with disabilities to use just like any other gym.all in all i give it 5 stars.

If you want an affordable place to workout, this is it! For $8 to $10 a month and no membership, can't beat that! Great staff, very helpful. They have treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, weights, machines, pulleys, benches, bar etc. Good place for someone wanting to start bodybuilding, exercise to lose weight and firm up. Free training is available. Atmosphere is not so hectic like other gyms and YES they have a shower.
