We have bought their Marinara and all of their sausages in bulk or link and all have been excellent. Spaghetti and meatballs using their Italian sausage and Marinara sauce is one of our favorite meals. We make Lasagna using the leftover sauce and meatballs and it is fantastic.

Fantastic sausage. Personally I love the andouille sausage the best, but honestly I have never been disappointed by any of their offerings. If you haven't tried them do so! You won't be disappointed!

I had been going along in my life buying "Jimmy Dean" and similar at the grocery store. Then one day I tried Furnari's Italian. I went back and tried some Furnari's Sicilian.... and now I could never go back to grocery market sausage. What an amazing difference! I have picked up my Furnari's sausage at the Farmer's Mkt. and at their shop in the downtown mall. The shop smells delicious. Fresh Herbs and spices drying in racks and a delicate waft of fresh meats and you know this is the real deal.

Furnari makes a number of sausage types and among these is the very best Italian sausage I have ever tasted. I am happy to see that these are now available in certain grocery stores, such as Holiday Market in Palo Cedro.
