A rare gem in Redding! Food quality is great, atmosphere is relaxing and clean and I am never disappointed with my dining experience there. Highly recommend and IMHO best Asian fusion cuisine in the city!
Fresh Fire Grill has managed to elicit fantastic, fresh flavor from simple foods that will excite even the most fussy patron. The staff is warm and welcoming. The menu is simple. The food is exceptional! Offering online ordering, curbside pickup and indoor dining, this Asian Fusion / New American restaurant creates the most delicious chicken bowls, tuna bowls, asain salads, bbq pulled pork dishes, rice and tofu, etc. Organic and sugar free options as well.
