Lee was great. He was available on a Saturday evening during Memorial Day weekend to trouble shoot our car issues while we were in Redding. He figured out what was wrong, walked me through what he needed to do, and he was fair with his pricing both for parts and his service.

Excellent mobile mechanic! Highly recommend. It can be rare to find a combination of skill, honesty, integrity, quality, and value in any service industry, but especially in auto mechanics. Lee is all of the above! His father was a mechanic, and he's been "tinkering" since childhood. He's also bonded and licensed and invested in a high end scanner ($10k new with a monthly $500 premium) but it does what fee scanners do, and Lee knows how to use it. So while his price may be higher than other mobile mechanics (I know), he's definitely worth it. Moreover, he generally charges less than other mechanics that supposedly charge less, and he does more! Lee will often pass along his mechanic discount, and replace things he sees need replacing without being asked or charging for it. He cuts corners where it makes sense and cents, but not when it is important not to! He is knowledgeable, thorough, and fair. I wish I found him years ago! He's worth every penny you give him. In fact a bit more. I recommend tipping. ...It's not just a city in China), and Lee definitely deserves it.

Good value, responsive, and reliable! Car belt fell apart in redding, Lee was there in 30 minutes of us calling in the phone and got us running again. Would go back for all car needs in the area!

I was pulling a 32 foot trailer with my 2500 Diesel Ram and it started to shake . I have my family with me. My son is very medically involved so you can imagine my stress. I called Lee and he met us behind a restaurant in Redding to look at the issue. It was just about dark and he found that my tires were splitting. He took the worst tire and replaced it with my spare. All by hand in the dark. He not only did that but he wanted us safe. He said I'll follow you to make sure it's not shaking. We went to the next exit because it was still shaking. He told us a safe hotel to go to. He helped me park my truck and trailer because at this point I was shaking. He looked further at the tires and said they were all splitting. I'm now sitting at Les Schwabs having to get new tires because the dealer I purchased my truck from a year ago put the wrong size tires on them. Lee was spot on. He was very thoughtful, caring and didn't price gauge us when we were vulnerable. I highly recommend Lee. I'm actually going to put his name and number on my group for travelers so others can get his service if necessary.

When all other mechanics were closed on the weekend after 5pm, Pro Tech came to my rescue and quickly helped my broken down car. In harsh 115 degree weather, they discovered & fixed the root cause (blown fuse), suggested next steps, and got me back on the road in under an hour.Services: Electrical repair

These guys were fantastic and professional. I'm not familiar with the area and my Tundra threw some electrical codes and the check engine light on, as well as the traction control turning off as I was pulling into where I was staying. It was a Saturday and every mechanic shop in the area was closed on weekends. I called First Choice and they came out to address my issue in a timely manner and it only took them about an hour to diagnose and fix my issue to get my truck up and running to normal again. Thank God for them and I have nothing but praise and appreciation for their work. Reasonably priced as well. They drive out to you and make your life easier.

Response, service & execution was incredible. Had an issue with an RV manifold exhaust pipe broke and called them on a Sunday evening. They responded immediately and started work on welding and fixing the true source of the issue. It was a difficult task they handled flawlessly. Would recommend them to anyone, especially family. Might even consider giving them a call when coming through Redding for custom work to my RV. The welding work was incredible and we are not only fixed to keep going on our trip but the whole problem solved!

They are awesome our 08 powerstroke desided to throw the belt after the tensioner went out just sitting in a gas station parking we had little money with us and needed the help badly it was really nice to see there are still good people out there whos focus isnt squeeze every dollar possible they truly cared about helping us get home and we greatly appreciate it we recommend anytime your in the Redding area and need road side assistance call them there real down to earth good people

After trying to do the wiring myself for flat towing our Jeep behind our RV and it not working correctly I called Lee and he came out to fix the issue and make the whole system much simpler.
