I went today to mail my fingerprints with a FedEx shipping label. I was waiting in line then a customer service agent, Luka, came to assist me so I don't have to wait in line. Luka took care to put separate sheets of papers between my fingerprints cards. He also placed card boards to sandwich the papers inside so they don't get bent and damaged. I was like were do you find such a great service in an American store anymore? Luka made my day today. I'm quite happy with his professionalism and diligence. He is definitely a 5 stars person. I enjoy doing business with FedEx.

I am giving one star because I was here with my daughter gonna fax documents and my daughter and I were in line and a gentleman behind us we were there before the gentleman and the lady that has worked their a long time(wasn't my first time having to us there services) called the gentleman behind me before us I was extremely disappointed I was trying to hurry. As they flirting it was so disgusting and frustrating and politely her know we have been in line she said oh sorry, she k ew that she saw us in line. Not going here AGAIN

I go in to ship a battery. They say sorry we can only ship small batteries, so I’ll need to go across town to FedEx ground. I specifically ask can I at least get the shipping labels, stickers and pay for it before I go 20 minutes across town. They tell me no, ground will have to do that once you get to them. So I drive across town to FedEx ground. When I arrived there, they told me sorry they cannot help me. They do not have a way to create labels or take payment. I need to go to the FedEx office print shop where I was just at what a waste of time and, why bother I’ll just go to UPS.

Terrible and slow service! Went on their to mail a small envelope. No one at the the counter. When I did get help, it was all a hassle to have it mailed. Will go to USPS next time.

I have visited this location several times to-date. Each time the service has been commendable. The best service was on my second visit when the clerk came over to the copy machine to show me how to activate the payment feature. I didn't look around for help...he saw my need and appeared! I think he is fairly new...tall, lean young man. Thank you for helping me!!!

On my way to town on 299 this morning I saw a female fedex driving and talking on the phone !! Very dangerous and against the law !!was laughing too !!

Clean place. It's not great parking when it's busy. Employees are helpful. There always seems to be a line, but they are fast.

This location makes shipping and printing things easy. They give you options but more importantly they are KIND. It's sad that it's rare to find kindness and quality customer service these days in retail stores. This store has exceeded my expectations every time. Thanks for being rad.
