Well I had recently had Covid so I was still in a lot of pain and I had a massage seat that I needed to return which was a rather large package and I am disabled so I pulled right up to the door where the handicapped spot was conveniently located and I got out of my vehicle and very carefully pulled out the package and I was about to drop it off when the manager came outside and forced me (yes forced) to move my vehicle or I would not receive service. I told her that I was handicapped as I pointed at my plates and I said that I was legally parked. She told me that she didn’t care because a handicapped driver had run over the curb once. WOW! I reported her to the fedex headquarters and the next time I went there, the entire area was cordoned off! So I called the ADA and filed a complaint. Would NOT Recommend.

These guys have refused to deliver packages for the past 2 weeks bc of supposed weather while ups is out here delivering packages. Not only have they delayed all of my stuff for 3 weeks they've also taken it upon themselves to deliver stuff they've gotten in recently to my neighbors vs the stuff that's piled up since they stopped delivering during the bad weather. My packages have been delayed for 3 weeks stuck in redding while everyone that ordered recently is getting their stuff.Apparently first come first serve doesn't apply to them.On top of that when they deliver once a month to my neighborhood they decide to stuff all the packages for our area onto one person's doortstep so that they have to take time to track 20 people down to give them packages that were delivered to their doorstep instead of delivering them to the addresses they were paid to do. I'm honestly so irritated with them. If anything has a hold on it from these guys just file a claim with the company you ordered it from and get your money back. It's point less to talk to them it ain't gonna change nothing.

Been waiting on a package that's been at the facility for a week now because their drivers are scared to get wet. Snow level over 6000 feet and they won't come to Mccloud. Yet ups is here every day no problem.

No complaints here! Its easy to drop off packages that I prepaid and printed thr labels for. If you dont do it at home the line can be a little lengthy but that's the landscape at any shipping place nowadays. They also have printing services if you happen to be in a bind.

Teach your driver's how to drive thanks to there reckless driving it got my dog killed I spent the last half of my afternoon January 11 2023 digging her grave and laying her to rest!!!

Airport Express center is for over night stufd that has to go fast! Its a small but sharp lobby. Nice staff. Prompt and thorough.
