Customer service is non-existent. I called multiple times trying different routes to speak to a real person, could not get through. I ended up shipping a 400 lb transmission 500 miles for under $400 dollars through Old Dominion freight lines. Awesome customer service and I personally don't know how they're still making money at those kind of rates.

They are always closing hour earlier than the listed operating hours listed, which makes it frustrating when you are trying to export packages on time.
