I had an insurance policy with another company before I met Wayne Miller at Farmers. I did not understand part of the policy and I called my agent who had written up the policy, but she was unfriendly and unable to explain the terms to me. So, I started calling other insurance companies and came across Wayne Miller. He is so knowledgeable. Even though the policy I currently had at the time was not from his company, he was so kind and took the time to explain it to me. Then, I asked him about his rates and found out I could cut the rates by about 50% and still have the exact same coverage. I immediately switched to Wayne Miller's office at Farmers. It was a very wise move. He and his office staff have been great to us, and we would recommend him to everyone looking for any type of insurance.

The office staff and agent are so very well informed, helpful and kind. The response to questions or concerns is in a very timely manner. Often the office staff follows up to make certain the issue was resolved, or questions answered to satisfaction. I feel very comfortable know that Wayne and his staff are managing my insurance needs.
