So today we went in to pick up something for my sister in law, my hubby payed while my sister-in-law and I walked around and as we started to walk out the manager yelled out "are you going to pay for that?" Infront of several people!! Even the people leaving behind us were shocked. I have never ever been so embarrassed. If you are not sure then place the item in a bag to know its payed for. I realize with the crazy steeling these days its a problem however the manager could have had a little more class!! Probably won't ever go back.

Every staff member I have dealt with have been absolutely wonderful. We have used several of their services and they are kind, professional and very, very helpful. Thank you Everything Medical. Your company and staff are truly an asset to our community.

I called a week ago to have someone come look at my air mattress. I was rudely told that they didn't know when someone could come out. Then someone called me on Monday saying that a tech would be out today (Thursday). I stayed home all day waiting and nobody showed up or called. I called the office and was told the tech who was supposed to come called in sick. I was again told that they didn't know when someone would be out. Terrible service!! One star is being gracious, in my opinion!!

80 year old guy has always received the best service and highest quality equipment at fair prices, can’t say enough about “Everything” at Everything Medical, they’ve got it all, you can’t miss going there for your medical needs, they’re the best! Thanks for the great treatment!

Everything Medical called me. I told them my wife was available Tuesday and Thursday they hung up and never heard from them. She has an order for electric scooter.

I was trying to buy a nebulizer from them for my son. The prescription was sent to to wrong place. Everything Medical agreed to help me transfer the prescription to them at first but when I called back they denied the call had ever happened and refused to help. Very rude to me on the phone. Basically called me a liar.

My 5 year old broke her ankle and has been struggling to get around. She didn’t quite understand the concepts of crutches and it was determined by her doctor that it was more of a danger to herself to use them. Everything medical called yesterday to arrange delivery and delivered a pink, child-sized, walker to our home this morning. A very nice gentleman arrived with the walker already assembled and demonstrated how to use it and now she is getting around without any issues. I’m so thankful that we were able to quickly find a solution that works and doesn’t include me carrying her around!

The 3 femme folks working at the store when I came to rent a wheelchair were wonderful. My spouse and bestfriend went in to rent the wheelchair for me for an event we were doing, as I had a neuropathy flare up and could not walk. We came back about 2 hours later to return it, and they felt so bad that it was such a short rental that they refunded 2/3 of the rental cost! This was so so noticed and appreciated, as being disabled can be expensive and that had cut into our gas money to get home. I do not live in the area but would recommend them to everyone!Now, I did inquire and they do not do partial-day rentals nor did I go in expecting a discount. They extended an incredible kindness to me and for their hearts and customer service I make this recommendation.
