Great company. I let my tank run out much to my wife's dismay. The next morning Thompson Gas was at my door filling my tank and performed the tank test right away and free of charge. Thanks for that.

Office staff are awesome, in particular Brittany who called me to let me know when the delivery driver was expected. I have a locked drive gate and need to know when to secure my dogs who are not vehicle savvy. This is an added benefit of being a customer of Thompson Gas, for sure. In addition I have enjoyed every delivery driver. They have all been very kind, pleasant and courteous. Last winter I made sure a pathway to my tank was shoveled, cleared of snow for the driver. He was very appreciative of that. I am treated right by Thompson Gas and it's only fair that I go out of my way to make their delivery as easy as can be. We had a very harsh winter and a LOT of snow. I can only imagine how difficult it gets for the drivers to service Shingletown in the winter. I am thankful for both office staff and the drivers.
