“This was the only place in town that I could find that would even look at my home printer. I took it in and they determined the printer was fine, problem was actually a driver on my laptop. Once I got home Bob was able to remote access my laptop and got me fixed. Would use then again. They sell printers, so when mine bites the dust I will buy from them.”

They both had all the info and knew exactly what they were doing as they helped the other customers as well as me. Really, really great employees. You are very lucky or have Jesus on your side to have these jewels. Plus they had what I needed in stock so praise God for that!”
“When I opened and closed my Dishwasher after it's first cycle after being fixed, it makes a continuous clicking when trying to open or close. Will change to a higher rating when they fix this. (edit: Changed star rating. Rectified the issue, but still not in within the time frame given.)”
