“Lots of parking available. Be wary, lots of homeless at this location. Store has a lot of potential however, they are always short staffed. The employees do a great job getting you checked out quickly. Store is always dirty looking.”

1350 Lake Blvd, Redding“Always check your receipt they over charge from what prices say on shelf. Regardless if your told the price wasn't change on shelf yet. They have to honor the price on shelf this is why this company has lawsuits against them. I agree with post about employees being unprofessional. I was overcharged and went back inside for refund. The girl at the register said, I don't do refunds and it's going to be a while because the other person who does refunds is busy. I asked her how long is it going to be because I have ice cream in my car. She looks at the employee stocking shelves and I said are you joking me you haven't even told her she's needed to do a refund. I said look she's not to busy to do her job giving me a refund because she's only stocking a shelf. Seriously no common sense on the employee at the register. Guess she wanted me to stand there and wait for her to finish stocking shelves before she was going to inform her a customer needs a refund...unbelievable NO COMMON SENSE IGNORANCE AT IT'S BEST.
The other thing that I don't like are the digital coupons because your only allowed to use one per visit. It's a total rip off..!

“I know DG has gotten a bad rap here lately
But I gotta tell ya I've been in retail for the better
part of 25 years and this store is by a long ways
I mean a long ways better than any other DG I've
been in. It's well set and marked. It's clean and
the staff is responsive I'd dare to say friendly
but but Northern California standards for sure
they are all genuinely concerned about the needs
of their patrons.
