Nice people. The owner is knowledgeable for sure, but administratively incompetent to an alarming degree. I'm a small business owner, and the only thing they were able to deliver on time - ever - was payroll. They missed EVERY other deadline, including taxes, and misfiled two LLC tax extensions which I rectified but only after receiving two bills from the IRS totally almost $7k which can ruin your morning. After months of delivering only promises, I moved to NorCal Accounting, which is excellent.

I am a small business owner and used Rhonda for 1 year for payroll & payroll taxes. Terrible communication, I had to remind them to submit my payroll taxes, messed up my employees sick pay, I would have to email multiple times to get Rhonda to respond to anything. Did not inform me of important changes the state made in regards to payroll/employee requirements. Some emails she just never responded to ever. I know several other business owners who recently left this company because of mistakes on taxes, not filing taxes timely, etc. I have since moved to AP Accounting & Tax Services and have had a great experience!

Very nice staff and very efficient in getting our taxes completed and on time. Very fair tax prep and e-file fee. Excellent office: 5 star for sure!
