I am all about supporting local. I chose this place because it is local and had good reviews.
The owner was friendly on the phone and I picked a day when he wasn't busy at all and had no scheduled appointments. I showed up on my schedule time and his response was oh I should have called you. I needed to put paying customers ahead of you. I have a 0 deductible for my windshield which I pay my insurance for. It took an hour and half past my scheduled time. I almost left due to no communication of when it could get done.
I was not given any paperwork because "I didn't pay them ". Both the man and the lady kept repeating that they make no money on insurance jobs. In my professional opinion, it should never be discussed with clients. It isn't our fault or decline the job. I would have understood if they declined.
But instead I was made to feel as though my job wasn't worth their time.
When I did get in my car, my dash was dirty with debris from the window removal, window was not cleaned at all and I was missing clips for the plastic pieces under the hood.
I was nice enough to give 2 stars. It should have been a 1. I do not recommend it especially if you are using insurance. Don't waste your time.

He serviced/replaced my windshield for a 2018 Toyota RAV4 SE. To anyone looking to get a windshield replaced I recommend Ryan at cypress auto glass 10 FOLD! He doesn’t do the calibration for the lane assist but if you are like me and don’t use that feature, he is your guy!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this shop really needs to get it together. I had an open claim with them to replace my windshield on my Honda Civic Hatchback and when I brought it in they told me my insurance had them order the wrong windshield and my VIN number did not match the windshield that I needed. My insurance told them to email their shop care department to order the correct part and they NEVER did it. They played dumb for 3 days claiming they were playing “phone tag” with my insurance company when all they had to do was email them. I had my insurance company on a three way call with them and they told them the same email and there was always a reason why they hadn’t done it yet. Apparently they aren’t “tech savvy” enough to send an email. I had my insurance reassign the claim to Platinum Auto Glass who entered my VIN and the correct part came up immediately and they got it fixed right away. Hopefully this shop can learn something from this.

Called, they picked up quick and got an estimate right away. Got scheduled for the very next day at 11. They got me right in when I got there, said it would take an hour. They were done in about 40 minutes, 20 minutes quicker than then said. And it costed exactly what they quoted me. And the people there are nice too. 6 stars.

On 9/22/23 I gave a good review that I have to take back. I spoke too soon. I had to take my car back twice because the windshield leaked. He also damaged the trim on my car which cost me an additional $246.

AMAZING is the only way to describe this business!! The owners come out and greet you upon arrival and work diligently to ensure you're taken care of and happy! Additionally they have the best prices in town and can get you in and out the same day! Won't go anywhere else!!

Fast friendly, and did a great job. I had two rock chips that started to spiderweb out. (Both still small about a quarter size) but I can barely see them now.
