Worst pharmacy on earth. They screw up your prescription and then will NOT answer the phone so you can fix the problem. I have had to call them so many times and have waited on hold for 30 minutes or more and then they simply disconnect you. If you finally go to the store and wait in a long line you can hear their system announcing how many callers are waiting online on the phone and they pay no attention. They simply don't care. I don't think any of them like being there and they take it out on the customer

I had forgot to refill my medication and was out of pills. The pharmacy I usually go to, CVS at Shasta Community Health Center, was closed the next day (Saturday) and I only had 10 minutes to get there...TL:DR - They put my prescription on hold so that I could go to ANY CVS and pick it up! I called the local one and they had it ready by the time I drove down there. The staff member was very charming and funny!

Used to be a decent staff, now I can't even get a hold of someone to transfer a prescription. Time for a new pharmacy.

Every time I try to get a prescription filled there is an excuse why I can't. Even if I get a script filled it can take 3 to 4 days sometimes longer. Just got out of the hospital with pneumonia and trying to get my nebulizer med has been like pulling teeth. I have been waiting 4 days to try to get it filled. The excuse this time is Medicare approval. I miss Owens pharmacy never any problem getting meds when needed. CVS Target always has problems. It's like they don't care about people. Tarick, the pharmacist is AMAZING! Personable, friendly, fast and fabulous at his job! Hands down the best pharmacist I've ever had!
