The worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Disorganized, dirty, rude and very slow. No respect for there customers or there time. The store manager should be ashamed. No wonder there is nothing on the shelfs.

Pharmacy review: Friday is really busy. If you want it same day, you'll need to pick somewhere less busy. This place is swamped. The pharmacy thrives as a weekend pickup, for which it's super useful. They will produce your script if you don't mind waiting in the store. There is always work to do on their tremendous backlog as this is probably the most used pharmacy in Redding. It's hard to have patience so if you're like me, choose another pharmacy or use this location on the weekend.Retail review: Average. Not super good, not super bad. No complaints but can say they are friendly and helpful...a rare charm considering the rough characters that frequent the nearby streets.

Kind and helpful staff working very hard in a stressful and demanding environment. I can't thank them enough for everything that they do. Many of the things people are complaining about are simply out of the pharmacy's control or not even their fault to begin with.

I called CVS because their line is always super long. I wanted to be sure my prescription was ready . I waited 42 min. On hold. I waited so long they did not answer the phone until I was already in line. So I get up to the counter and it isn't ready and now I am expected to wait for 30-40 min for the RX. I will not wait like this again. I am officially changing my Pharmacy. I use a lot of prescriptions so my business loss is considerable. Do these people think their time is more important than mine?

I am 70 years old and this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been in. My doctor had to call my pain medication early because I had a abscess tooth. I have try for 4 days trying to get this medication. Every time I call them they give me some excuse why they can't fill . My doctor even called them and the recording said they were going to fill it and they change their mind. I am going to have to take my prescription elsewhere because I don't trust them anymore.

If you're on hold over an hour one time that's considered pretty bad in my opinion and as a local I would love to give it 5 stars but I just cannot.

Every time CVS pharmacy always tells me that they have some thing all the other pharmacies always end up telling me that they don’t they’re hard-working people they really are. They deserve more credit than what everybody gives them. courteous, kind, and prompt

Can't even believe they are in business. Called to have a prescription transferred due to my regular pharmacy not having it. They said that i would have to have the other pharmacy call them. My other pharmacy called them and held for 15 minutes. When I called back to make sure they received the prescription I help for 35 minutes to be disconnected. Tried calling the front store and was answered and hung up on. Called the pharmacy back and held again. If you want service don't go here.

After waiting several hours my prescription finally got sent to CVS. After waiting in line I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile by Belle who said it wasn’t ready but that they would call my name and when they do to come up and wait off to the side. After my name was called she told the man who was next that she was going to assist me and then him. She assisted my quickly and I was on my way. Even though I was waiting for over 38 minutes. Just listening to her and her consistent, great customer service made the wait pleasant. So thanks Belle. You truely are a dying breed.

Terrible service. Without asking your permission they refill prescriptions you no longer need and then they incessantly text or call you to tell you it is refilled. I can never reach them by phone and after several tries I had to call their corporate headquarters to stop them. Some time ago a doctor sent in a new prescription and CVS refilled a very old, different one instead. They claimed my current doctor prescribed it so I called him and he said he did no such thing. If your doctor prescribes something, be sure to have him write it down and then take that with you to CVS. Compare it to the prescription they hand you before paying for it and especially before using it. Or better yet, go to a more professional pharmacy.

Someone from corporate really needs to play this store a visit. The pharmacy is a mess with prescriptions on the ground. Appears the are way understaffed. I have been trying to call them for two days and can't get anyone to answer the phone.
