I've been to a lot of pharmacies over the years and have found that this is a good group of people at this location. Being a pharmacy assistant is not as easy as you think. I know you are helping the people in front of you first, but lately I've noticed that they are picking up the phone faster than before! Keep up the good work guys! Hat's off to some of my favorite people, Audra, Kelli, April, Jasmine, Jessica, and our new dad, Ryan, our Pharmacist. See you guys soon! Thanks for your support!

Had to call the pharmacy 3 times today after being on hold for 15 min the first 2 times. Someone answered & hung right up on me so I called back 2 more times just trying to get me prescription filled that was stuck at a different cvs.

I called CVS because their line is always super long. I wanted to be sure my prescription was ready . I waited 42 min. On hold. I waited so long they did not answer the phone until I was already in line. So I get up to the counter and it isn't ready and now I am expected to wait for 30-40 min for the RX. I will not wait like this again. I am officially changing my Pharmacy. I use a lot of prescriptions so my business loss is considerable. Do these people think their time is more important than mine?

I am 70 years old and this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been in. My doctor had to call my pain medication early because I had a abscess tooth. I have try for 4 days trying to get this medication. Every time I call them they give me some excuse why they can't fill . My doctor even called them and the recording said they were going to fill it and they change their mind. I am going to have to take my prescription elsewhere because I don't trust them anymore.

Can't even believe they are in business. Called to have a prescription transferred due to my regular pharmacy not having it. They said that i would have to have the other pharmacy call them. My other pharmacy called them and held for 15 minutes. When I called back to make sure they received the prescription I help for 35 minutes to be disconnected. Tried calling the front store and was answered and hung up on. Called the pharmacy back and held again. If you want service don't go here.

Terrible service. Without asking your permission they refill prescriptions you no longer need and then they incessantly text or call you to tell you it is refilled. I can never reach them by phone and after several tries I had to call their corporate headquarters to stop them. Some time ago a doctor sent in a new prescription and CVS refilled a very old, different one instead. They claimed my current doctor prescribed it so I called him and he said he did no such thing. If your doctor prescribes something, be sure to have him write it down and then take that with you to CVS. Compare it to the prescription they hand you before paying for it and especially before using it. Or better yet, go to a more professional pharmacy.

Someone from corporate really needs to play this store a visit. The pharmacy is a mess with prescriptions on the ground. Appears the are way understaffed. I have been trying to call them for two days and can't get anyone to answer the phone.

They never answer the phone! I was on hold 3 times yesterday 30-45 minutes and no one picked up...Ever!

This pharmacy needs more people working. The pharmacy techs seem extremely stressed. Clayton did the absolute minimum in customer service and didn't seem at all happy to be there. Also....I absolutely dislike getting a receipt 5 feet long. Waste of paper!!

Always wait in long lines, prescriptions are not ready on time, short staffed. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all, used to be good but not any longer, it is a shame.

Arrived at 8.40 to pick up some supplies. Hours clearly state they closed at 9. The doors were already locked and no one could get in. Just lazy.

Long lines. Curt attitude from a couple of people. One woman refuses to wear her mask higher than her mouth... And removes it to rub her nose then touch prescriptions!!! ??
