I brought my Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and was told I would be contacted if they determined a need for any additional work and I didn't hear from them but when I picked up the car I was told they replaced the engine air filter because it was damaged, apparently by a rat. I wasn't shown the damaged part but called later and asked for it to show my pest control tech and they did retrieve it for me and I came and picked it up, though of course I don't know for sure if it is the actual part from my car. Update: A representative from there called me and agreed to refund the cost of the air filter which restored my confidence in them.

Ethan ,Mathew and Max were very professional and super nice . I really can't say anything bad . They all did a great job. This is my 3rd vehicle from Ethan. I highly recommend Nissan Crown Motors.

As indicated above, I was treated like a “stupid woman”. I understand that some issues are harder to diagnose than others. You would think that but not being able to put the car into reverse, put into park, reverse, still nothing, turn off the vehicle, start again, nothing, check the indicator lights for it to be 2 degrees below the cars temperature requirement, and when you finally get the car to go backwards, there is a terrible noise and a thump that makes you get out and check that you haven’t backed over a small animal. My last straw, was being asked by the Roger, the tech “Did you push the button in on the gear shift, when you put it into reverse?” Really?

had a emergency had it towed on a sat . they contacted me when it arrived the, first thing Monday morning received a call about the issue, picked it up that afternoon....And there was a recall that they took care of at the same time.

I had a bad battery problem with my car. They took my car in and replaced my battery under warranty. It took about two hours to test it and replace my battery. I was happy with the results.

Great company, great atmosphere, and great people here. I won't go anywhere else to get a vehicle. Todd and Danielle are great sales people who go above and beyond. The sales managers Greg and Ethan are professional and caring. Bill in service is a "hoot" and is always friendly.

This is for the service departmen, because the sales and the financing side of things was amazing, I had a problem with the door where it would get stuck and it wouldn't happen all the time only sometimes, and I told them, and of course when they look at it, it wouldnt happen, I told them I had videos and they said "I don't care about videos I'm not going to do anything about it until I see it myself, so this is what I have now because of their horrible customer service, after this lease is up I won't be buying through Nissan anymore.

I think that they have great enthusiasm for the customer. However I have not had an opportunity to utilize their services because we ended up playing a mean game of phone tag and it seems we both called it a draw. I really would love to be able to come back here to give them a proper review. But I don't know if I am going to keep my car due to a factory issue.
