I made an appointment with Nissan Service center regarding a recall for my car. I was very clear about that on the phone when I made the appointment. Took time out of my work day, my dad rearranged plans of his so that we could drop my car off. When I got there for my appointment, I was told there was nothing they could do because the part was on backorder. That part cannot be helped, but I don't appreciate you making an appointment you can't keep. You wasted my time and my dad's time, by taking the appointment in the first place. If you didn't have the part in the first place and couldnt get it until NOVEMBER, there was no reason for us to drive across town TODAY. Complete hogwash. Terrible customer service. Don't bring your car here. They do not care.

Literally don't go there if you have any other choice. Drive to sacramento or LA if you have to. They scam you out of your money and then lie. Have have one nissan dealership telling me Roger did not do anything he said he did to fix my car. And Ben literally said we can't prove it so don't waste our time. Can't wait to meet up with them with our lawyer and the video of that stuff " we can't prove". Seriously, they are jokes and so unprofessional.

I had an excellent sales person and a very speedy appt with the auyo loan man. Todd took the time to show me cars and different colors, how everything works,etc. Went in after work, came home with a new car all before dark. Thanks Todd!

younger sales guys still need more training about the vehicles they are trying to sell. Slightly older sales young woman was more knowledgeable about vehicles. Inventory seems low, settled for second choice to purchase.

Brittani, Todd, and Mike A were absolutely wonderful. They worked hard, delivered what no one else could, were 100% transparent about my whole deal. I'll never shop anywhere else again. Crown Motors is THE BEST.
** UPDATE: 2 Months since purchase**
Still, Crown Motors goes above and beyond for their customers. Went in for an oil change & left with a new battery and the biggest smile on my face. The way they pay attention to their customers really means a lot.

Had a factory recall for my Nissan Titan told him about the light they said they’re going to fix a recall the lights everything was good pick up the truck. The light was still on cold and they said there was a $200 diagnostics fee felt like they should’ve told me that before.
