We were ready to leave on a trip when the engine light came on. We took it to a local guy and they said take it to crown motors. We got a app right away and crow took care of it. We were on our way the next day.

First I wasn't told that I would be stranded an hour and a half away from home without a VECHILE , a heads up would have been nice . They replaced transmission and then found a leak afterwards so they ordered another new transmission and fixed the leak supposedly and put the new transmission in . They gave me a rental after a few days but I had to figure out a way to go and get it an hour and a half away. I was then charged 336.00 for a new axle because twine was supposedly wrapped around my axle. And apparently my bumper to bumper manufacturer warranty wouldn't or didn't cover it. I highly doubt it was twine but whatever. Got VECHILE back and drove it and noticed that something was leaking. It wasn't leaking when I took it to them . I called them about it and was told my mileage was past the original manufacturer warranty now and that they would charge me 200 diagnostic fee to have them relook at their work and figure where the leak is coming from . Well the leak is coming from the same leak that you guys didn't repair. Our local car lot told me that the plug on my transmission was bypassed and I can't even get my oil changed because no one wants to touch my VECHILE and be liable for my screwed up vechile. so currently I am driving around still with a leaking transmission from your repair job and waiting for someone to get my VECHILE in to be looked at. . this is screwed.

Jared was ABSOLUTELY amazing! He was so helpful and real throughout the whole process and helped me and my fiancé walk away with a brand new 2024 Honda civic! He sat patiently with us through everything, since it was kinda our first time, and made sure we were well taken care of and satisfied! I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Super disappointed in the customer service here. Employees were nice to get exactly what they wanted out of the deal. My grandparents bought a car from them and were lied to and taken advantage of. When asked about the problem at hand they lied once again. Not good business to take advantage of an elderly couple.

Bought a car on Oct,2,2023 the car is good the sales person was great. But finance dept is why they get 1 star. First it was a cash deal they ran my credit put a inquiry on my crddit report. Then they proceded to cash my check early when the deal was there were supposed to hold it untill funds had been released from my bank. Causing me to go negative on my account.

Crown Dodge has been great. I purchased a 2021 Challenger Scat Pack Wide Body and the salesman was wonderful to work with. No high pressure BS. In 10 weeks he called and said my car was here. Yahoo!Since my purchase I've had them do all the servicing. And I had them install lowering springs. My only fault was with the last service when the mechanic somehow changed the dash layout. I ended up having to return to the dealership the following day and have them set the display back to where I had it. Other than that, they're great

We have taken our vehicles to crown for the service for YEARS! . We had to take it to another oil change company due to the long wait time for an appointment!To our surprise/disgust crown NEVER replaced the air filters or the cabin filters in either of the two vehicles they have been servicing for years.The filters were totally black and disgusting.We will not be going back.Shame on them!

Very unhappy with service department, dealership and warranty repairs. Went to make an appointment for my 2022 Ram 2500 that I paid full price for, just wanted regular service and it would be 10 days before I could get in. I’m on my second recall for my truck and they don’t have parts to repair again. Don’t park truck in your garage because it could catch fire. Won’t get service or buy a vehicle here again.

I was so upset when I thought I had lost my car girl Julia. Thankfully I had her number saved and was able to find her. I got a vehicle from here in the beginning of the year and I have had nothing but problems and they say they fix em get the car back and it's just the same so it's got to the point of them telling us nothing is wrong with my car and they can't do anything about it ?! Excuse me. I'm a mother with two children who deserve to be in a reliable vehicle that I'm paying 16k for. I have had more time spent in rental cars than i have my own vehicle and not only that but every time I get my car back from crown motors it has 5 miles- 12 miles in my vehicle ! THEY HAVE THERE OWN GAS WHY CANT THEY REFIL MY TANK TO WHERE IT WAS LEFT WITH THEM?! They had talked us into buying this car instead of the one we wanted imagine that. They probably needed to get it off the lot and knew it wasn't in prime condition like we were told and swore. I wouldn't recommend getting a car through them unless it's brand freaking new with 10 miles on it because they are not very truthful about the vehicles conditions clearly.
