Excellent staff! Tyler and Miranda has provided the most highly respected complete excellent customer service.
Lance the manager, is great for his patience and shows he cares for his customers. He went out of his way to make sure I purchased the iphone I desired. Even when they were out stock. He had their other Cricket provider bring me one. I left happy with my new phone. Mario, the prior manager was a cool guy and due to him , he hired this great staff to run the show.

Tyler is an asset to your company. He went above and beyond to help me get signed up with ACP and port my number over to Cricket. No matter what obstacles we faced he would not give up until he succeeded. He was up for the challenge and he got the job done. Thank You Tyler. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

This review is against Cricket Wireless period. I was a long time customer for a phone for my husband who almost went on Hospice a few weeks ago. It's sentimental to me. I faithfully paid the bill for years. Now I thought why not upgrade his phone. It has been a nightmare. I order the phone just for the order to be canceled by Cricket Wireless in a matter of minutes while I was getting financed after they transferred me over. I was approved and started making payments for a phone that was canceled. The email read that I had 3 days to esign my financing agreement when in fact they gave me more like 3 minutes. It's ridiculous to go thru this. Now I am told that I am to go to the store and start all over again. The weather in my town was 114 on yesterday. This whole process was way too stressful. Then when I ask to talk to a supervisor the rep (call started @ 11:30a on 07/29/22 ) put on hold for awhile and tried to change his voice pretending to be a supervisor. The mannerisms and voice was exactly the same. When I told him that I know it's the rep , he goes off on me and put me on hold again but this time while I was waiting, everything was in a different language than before even though I picked english when I 1st started. And it was in English until the rep got angry with me and put me on hold I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy and that is saying a lot. Please be wise if you choose this company because they didn't once take responsibility for their mistakes. They were very unprofessional. I don't leave Yelp reviews unless the company's behaviors is outrageous or if it was amazing. This was not amazing!!!!!!

You never open on time. It’s 10:30am and you open at 10am and the lights are on but the doors are locked. We have been watching people getting upset that your closed. This is the 4th time this has happened and still going on. Find employees that actually show up to work or that don’t hide. It’s getting very annoying.

Tyler was patient with my situation. He went out his way to help me out. Had a track phone wanted to keep the same number. It was a difficult process, I didn't remember my email password or another one. Lol Tyler your the bomb, you figured it out and stood open way past closing. I recommend this store. Thank you again Tyler.
