Honestly so nice and there facility is so clean and well taken care of. My dogs didn’t end up staying here since I was able to get someone to watch my dogs at home but when working with the staff and taking a tour, it was beyond amazing. I would not hesitate having my dogs stay here if I couldn’t find someone to watch them. I do definitely recommend this place!

I dropped off and picked up my roommate's dog from here. They are very friendly and helpful. The dog had a wonderful time and we will definitely be going back.

We have a large german shepherd, its very difficult to find a dog sitter for him, steve at country air made room for him over the 4th of July holiday, and they handled him great. I would not hesitate to board him there again.

Our dog, Niko, LOVES Country Aire Pet Resort! He is a husky/shepherd mix and is very "alpha male" which is why we have trouble leaving him with just anyone when it comes to other animals being around. But through this facility and program, Niko has been able to engage in a positive environment and displays proper feedback now when going to a dog park. Before his attendance at this pet resort, we wouldn't dare take him off leash. Now, after several boarding attendances, Niko is a completely changed dog. He doesn't growl or bark at other dogs anymore, he doesn't try to dominate them anymore- it's as if he was properly trained to understand and comprehend that other dogs are companions and not foes through this program. So when we take Niko, it's not just a kennel as one would say but instead a behavioral encourager- for our dog at least. We don't bring any of his toys or his bed, this way he is encouraged to not be so territorial around peers. We do bring his food of course, and opt in for the gravy they provide that he seems to enjoy. When we pick him up, he smells clean and his nails get clipped, as grooming is one of the features they offer when notified in advance. Niko is SO HAPPY when we see him, and he has made friends!! He never used to do that! Likewise, the owner is polite and his workers are just as personable as well. We highly recommend this place to everyone we talk to who may be seeking out pet services for their cats and dogs!

Steve and his team are great. On the one hand they are professional and demand all pets checking in are current on shots and not sick. On the other hand you can tell they love your animals by the way they greet them and talk to them. A clean, well maintained, safe and cheerful place to board your pet, drop off for doggie day care, or a grooming. Very highly recommended!

We toured the facility. Read the reviews. Did our homework. Dropped off our two healthy dogs who were to board together. Brought food with instructions on how to feed. (Please wait so Sadie eats her food.)Notes were taken at drop off. We left feeling ok with leaving our girls for 5 days. We boarded so they wouldn’t be alone while I was out of town and my husband worked. No photos or updates on our dogs the entire time they were there. My husband was available if there were any problems. He told her at intake to call because he worked in town.On day 5 our daughter picked up our dogs. They tell her Sadie our Weimaraner, didn’t eat. Really? No concern for her health? No phone calls to my husband who could come pick her up? She could barely walk. She was taken to the vet. She was severely dehydrated And malnourished. She was given fluids. After tests, We found out she had cancer. She had shown no signs of illness prior to boarding. This facility didn’t cause her cancer, but they let her suffer alone instead of calling us. We would have picked her up.We are just heartbroken about the way they treated our dog. This is animal abuse.expenses of $390 for 5 days at this place and over $1200 at vet to try to save her life. Please take your dog elsewhere. She crossed the rainbow bridge on Nov 3.3 days after she was picked up. I didn’t make it home in time to say goodbye.

We LOVE Country Aire Pet Resort, but perhaps more importantly, our Walter loves Country Aire. The staff are professional and treat our dog lovingly, they know him by name, and they even send us videos of him playing in the yard with other dogs!!We trust them to take care of our big fella when we cannot.

I reserved 5 days, my dog is a working dog and never stayed at a facility like this. Every single dog is going crazy, barking like crazy, it felt like a madhouse! You can use your bed and food bowls but not the strong collar. They tried to put a skinny piece of webbing and hung the noose over her head and my dog was not having it. I coaxed my dog to receive the skimpy leash and she went willingly with the employee.15 min. down the road they are calling me to come get her! They put her outside, alone, isolated in 100+ degree weather with NO SHADE! They did say they'd isolate her from the madness. But now they said she's baring teeth and won't let anyone near her. The guy said I have to cut the umbilical cord, even though my dog is fully socialized and works in different environments. If my dog wasn't in such great shape she probably would've stroked out without any shade during this episode. I believe the employee should've stayed with her outside, that's where they blew it in my opinion. Country Aire Pet Resort does not describe this place accurately at all! Get some shade sails for outside!

The only reason I was asked to write a review is because while driving past this place to get to someone's house I was tagged. I applied for a job here a few years ago and I'm still waiting for the guy to call me back. He seemed excited to have a new stall mucker/weed puller/whatever the girls would rather not do. Despite me calling multiple times regarding my application, I think the guy may have forgotten about me. I'm sure this place is probably great, they kinda have to be since they've been open almost as long as I've been breathing.

Caye had a great time. I had to drop her off unexpectedly and they took us in without a problem. The employees are extremely friendly and caring for the pets that come in. I will definitely be back if need be.

The best! A clean safe place and they are so good with our St Bernard. First place we have found where we know he will be happy and well taken care of.??
