This Redding Costco has kind of a funky placed entrance. The entrance is all the way at the corner of the building with no exit to the street there so cars and people walking in and out get bottlenecked there. I avoid that end of the building and park at the other end of the building. It’s worth the extra steps. Plus we can all use a little bit more exercise, right!The store inside is clean & tidy, your typical Costco, with regular employees, etc.

Great deals if you want to buy in bulk I got a lot more for $100 at Costco then the competing stores.

I ordered a pizza over the phone and didn't know you needed a membership to pick it up. John, Alyson, and rich were very accommodating and helped me find a solution to be able to pickup my food. Great customer service and I will definitely be renewing my membership thanks to this excellent customer service experience.

Nothing was where I'm used to seeing it. This store had me walking all over the place. Not healthy for me to walk to much with my physical issues.I stopped to get something to eat just to find out they had only 6 tables so I had to stand :(I didn't finish my meal, I was in to much pain by then.My first bad experience in any Costco.

Two of the workers here had a bad attitude towards my mother regarding resale. Horrible customer service. My mom goes up and tells the lady behind the screen that the items were buying were for resale. She scanned it but I'm guessing she didn't hear it the first time so my mom tells her again that it was for resale. Lady roles her eyes and turns around, than turns bad at my mom staring her down saying you should've told me earlier? Are you kidding me. Then starts basically throwing the medicine and food on the counter like a bowling game. What a b****.

I like Costco, but at this point I don't really know if I'm getting my membership's best value anymore. You can go buy the same brand of Swift pork ribs at Safeway and R&R for less money 7 days a week. The meat department is quality, but overpriced for the same brands. Value from Costco isn't what it used to be.

Do not buy tires on line and get them in stall at this Costco. I bought my tires on line and they had to charge me again in the store because their computer system was down. Then I had a issues at the refund counter for the refund so I don't get charged twice. Handed me a 800 number and told me to call this number to fix a problem that really was not my fault. I had to called the number to cancel the online order. So why am I doing their job? Poor customer service. Manger was not very nice either too. The customer service employee was sorry and tried to help as much as he could, but still, just the hold experience was not pleasant. This was the first time I bought tires at Costco and will be the last.

I LOVE COSTCO. Great customer service and product availability. I don't understand why the people keep posting about not getting good internet service inside the building, it's not Costcos responsibility.

Little upset. There were standard buys that are needed that were not available. Salsa has three flavors and only selling on flavor... Pasta was to few to enjoy... No gallons of the good tomatoes for cooking Italian. But staff is always helpful...

Driving from bay area to Redding. Visiting national park nearby. Got nail on tire. Tire center fixed the issue for us very quick. Save my day. People working in this Costco center are very nice.

Store is the usual great. Not cart parking, crowded on Friday morning. Smoke and heat seemed to make shoppers cranky.

I am pleased with the Costco Corporate office, NOT this Costco. I had two staff members at the return and membership desk who were great, the AGM Laura, another female who did not do her job a week ago that I was in there admitted she left no comments from my previous visit, so I could get money Costco owes me for my membership totaling over $400. It's the 3rd time I have gone in since April to get checks reissued to me. Corporate said the postal service has been terrible the las year and a half and they've had to keep reissuing checks because they keep losing mail. Steve, accused me of losing my checks, or "whatever happened to them" when I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. Then they kept telling me they issued me checks, when I spoke to corporate a week ago and they asked me if I preferred check or to just pick it up in store. I said I preferred in store since they did not reissue my checks in April. She agreed and said she would go that route as well. Steve told me that the notes said I requested a card, but they decided after all of this frustration to ignore my request in the 2% club, although the store kept screwing up by forgetting to leave comments, and forgetting to submit my requests for new checks. They were so rude, and completely incompetent, suggesting that the customer although wronged several times made a request, and they decided the customer did not matter. I ignored all of this, decided to call corporate again, I he corporate staff over the phone asked to speak to them, and the AGM who is named Laura, who came over with an attitude, acting inconvenienced. Laura said she would speak to corporate if they called her, which suggested I was lying about being on the phone. She rudely said she did not want to use my personal phone, which I understand due to Covid, but I could have turned it onto speaker. She did not state it was due to Covid, nor did she ask for me to put it on speaker. The best part is the incompetence of the staff and management there was, corporate DID call them, and they did NOT pick up and answer them. This was after they asked if I was still on the phone with them, and said they could expedite it a lot faster if they called. The AGM was extremely rude to corporate as well, and she blatantly ignored their phone call to the store. I'm mind blown right now, these people don't even answer to corporate, and they treat corporate like that. It was shocking to see, Laura needs to be fired, and Steve who was supposed to look over my issue a week ago, that had no knowledge of it should be reprimanded. Steve was at least decent to corporate, he was just wrong about everything he was saying to me. They need to hire people who do their job, the female who did not leave notes, (since notes seem to be important for them to follow) then admitted it, then stated how frustrating it was that her notes weren't saved. I 100% believe she never made any notes, she never filed for my checks to be reissued, and the only reason they were is because the woman I spoke to in corporate submitted something and it got messed up. None of this should have been put on the customer AT ALL!!! Three times I've had to go in there and deal with rude people, because of their incompetence! The issue still has not been resolved. Luckily the whole conversation was recorded as they legally have to inform you when you're on the phone with corporate for legal reasons. and they were all heard over the phone discussing, and making statements, and being rude about it. They kept repeating "She called corporate" in a rude manner. Yes I called corporate, BECAUSE NO ONE AT THIS STORE HAS BEEN ABLE TO DO THEIR JOB AND HELP ME, THAT IS WHAT CORPORATE IS THERE FOR! I literally hate confrontation, but they are so rude at this store it's unbelievable, then looking at all the comments and poor reviews tells me I'm not the only one, corporate should look into this store, especially before they move the warehouse to a new location. They need better staff members who treat people with respect.

Pretty much grew up shopping here. Well, today I hate Costco. I watched their customer service employees be straight up rude to my fiancé about the rewards Costco is supposed to mail out every year. The AGM here named Laura ought to be fired. Disgusted with this place and how they treat paying customers.

Used to live in the bay area and this Costco is so much better. Very organized and the flow of the checkout is a breeze. Employees are always helpful. Food court also fast and fresh!
