There is a new person in the pharmacy named Brooklyn who has absolutely no customer service skills. I've worked in customer service for years and give a lot of grace knowing how hard it can be to work with people. She had no attempt at kindness or willingness to help. I asked a simple question and was met with "I can't help you" leading me to seek out another pharmacy employee who was incredibly helpful and kind. Very bummed at my experience.

If it were possible to give less than one star I would. In my personal opinion this pharmacy is horrible. My 70 year old husband has been on pain medication for years. All it does is make it somewhat bearable. He will be on this med for the rest of his life and this woman is in my opinion discriminating against people who need these drugs to survive. Please Costco, change your pharmacy manager in the Redding Ca. store. This is just not right.

Recently switched up pharmacies because of terrible service at another. The costco pharmacy has been awesome!! Multiple pharmacists working so you don't have to wait long for your prescription to be filled. Had a prescription called in late because my wife has been very sick. Called to see if it was possible that it would be filled before they close (called in 2 hours before close) whoever I talked to was amazing and asked if I needed it tonight or if tomorrow would work. Let he know we really needed it this evening and her answer was "no problem, just give us an hour. 1 hour later and it was ready. Super glad we switched to costco pharmacy. 1 happy customer here ?

I just came across a product here at Costco I just had to tell you guys about. It's the frozen Marinated Wild Salmon Fillets. It's in the frozen section and includes 6 individually vac sealed 5 oz pieces for about $24 ... that come out to about $9.95/lb, same price of all the salmon kinds at Costco. These are marinated in a sauce and you just toss them in the oven or BBQ in my case and that's it! 4 min over low direct heat in the BBQ and it's done ... NO flipping! EASY! I'm coming back to get more of these and keep them in the freezer.

Don't shop here if you have an ESA animal. They're not allowed. Worst shopping experience ever. Other costcos across the country have allowed me to shop with my very small dog in a sling that doesn't bother ANYBODY, and brings me comfort.

This Costco is so full of itself from top management on Down full of BDE big d*ck energy. Zero accommodation for disabilities. The deaf custodians with full loudness on radio because they would not provide them with ear pieces! Then non compliance when requested to turn down radios to them only ( apparently audience carry over is so cool) by balence disorder or hearing impaired elderly people! What makes them so self centered? Their managers! They believe themselves almighty Gods over those who require their ears be empty of screechy, tinny loud radios

Everyone's friendly here, especially the hot food department. Before my job got busy, I would come in for a pizza and drink. The staff was always nice and went out of their way to make everyone in the food court area happy. Great employees always going the extra mile.

Been shopping here for years! Great prices and a huge selection. Friendly staff. Only complaint I'd have is the parking lot is difficult to navigate. But it's a busy warehouse as are all the Costco locations. Definitely will continue to shop here!

Love Costco... The convenience of dropping off my prescription while shopping is really helpful. The only this negative I have to say about this location is the round about they installed right outside the entrance of the location. WTH thought this was a good idea, they should be fired. I have seen and heard of several car accidents in the round about. That's the only complaint I have.

Over an hour wait. Walked in at opening 9 am, and it's now 10:30.15 pills is all we are picking up, a refill.No excuse!

We got off the highway to get Gas since it was advertised and there was no gas station to be found. Corporate really needs to update their website. This is such a waste of time

we love this costco location. We have always received great customer service. The employees are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The new self-checkout is a nice option for when we only have a few items. The optical department is excellent as well. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but they provide excellent service.

Great prices! Great service! Great quality! But their products are usually contained in plastics that our community cannot recycle. Come one, Costco! Let's start getting serious about our responsibility to the environment. I'm buying more things online from businesses that offer paper, even bamboo, options to your plastic packaging. Get serious about the challenges of the 21st Century. Dump providers of unrecyclable plastic containers.
