First time to Chuck's coins today. And I have to say that I received PHENOMENAL customer service. I was warmly greeted by a gal working there. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to get a coin verified for authenticity which she did. I will definitely go to chucks coins for all my future numismatic needs!! FIVE STARS for Chuck's coins!!

Sam at chucks coin is great to work with! His prices are great, he is extremely knowledgable and friendly, and willing to spend the time to talk and explain things to someone who is new to the coin game! We recently went in there and bought some silver, and he saw my daughter with me and gave her some free coins, totally made her day! I will be a customer for life here! Can't beat the customer service.

I went in with my 1950”s quarter collection and he gave me top dollar for them. He was attentive to my feelings about my coin collection and said he would help me build my collection in the future. He even gave me rare dollar bills to add to my collection. This is the only place in Redding I trust.

I forget the gentleman's name but doing business with Chuck's Coin & Jewelry you don't feel like you just did business more than you feel like a friend of yours gave you the best and most fair price the market allows. Went to Silver and Coin Gold & Jewelry and they offered a mere $1,750 for a 1oz American Eagle I knew that was an insult went to Chuck's Coins & Jewelry and got $170 more. Very pleasant and secure setting with an impressive inventory to boot so this is my go-to for any future purchases for sure. Highly recommend!!

Don't trust this guy, he likes to do the coin drop. Drop two pick up one. Also drove all the way there had a good size bag of gold to cash in, and he copped an attitude when I said I wanted a receipt and proof he wired the money to my bank account while I had them on the phone at the time to make sure I didn't walk out of his building with no receipt, and no money in my bank account while he keeps all my gold. He is arrogant and needs to get off his high horse.
