My car loan is through this bank. Every month I go into the branch on Cypress and they said they could NOT take my car payment. I don't like being out dealing with all the Christmas shoppers. People don't drive with care. People honking for no reason they are in a hurry to go nowhere. Had to go to the post office to buy a stamp. I hate this branch. They can't even staff the branch properly. Bad Business!!!!

Was Great Western Bank(?) when we opened our checking acct. here 35 years ago, then it became Washington Mutual now Chase. We've still got the same checking acct number from when we opened this checking acct and if it wasn't so, we'd close up shop and move to a more personalized bank or even credit union. NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER.

This "bank" if you can even call it that, has minimal service and is literally being manned by one person. I waited over 15 minutes to get a cashiers check. Thanks his is a perfect example of sacrificing customer service for profits.

This is not a traditional bank. It's for Mortgage services. They will not help you promptly like a normal bank would.

This place is the easiest bank I've been to by far, everything was super simple, and Logan helped me out with every question I had. Setup 3 total accounts in 30 minutes and was ready to go. Thanks again Logan. Great experience!

The hours on the teller window outside are 8am-6pm I have been sitting in the drive through for 30 min calling and calling. They said someone was on break and will be back. This is the only time I can deposits money and I cannot go inside because I have a sleeping child that I will not leave. The only chase in town with a drive thru. Why don't you want my money?

Possibly the worst bank ever. Although the local branches are nice and friendly, the institution itself is plainly horrible, They sent me a credit card that had a twenty- something percent interest rate. I asked them to try to reduce that rate to something approaching my other cards, They refused with no comment. They made multiple mistakes with deposits ( in their favor), and the reasoning was never explained, although the mistakes were corrected. Recently they made more mistakes and I changed banks.

disgusting pigs, pulled my money out and closed my accounts one by one as chase bank is the worst, right after my wife died they were pushing me to bring my money back to them it was unreal as i was grieving, i would not trust these guys to watch a pot of spit. gave them a chance to invest for us and they try and bribe you with basketball tickets, then bumble till we cancelled the deal with them and took our money to SCHWAB, i recommend the move.

Exceptionally bad software & Hard to reach I cannot recommend you avoid this bank enough. There are a number of problems at Chase Bank. For example, if you need to make changes to a corporate account, good luck. You can spend hours making simple changes only to find out months later that the changes did not affect the system. Specifics: Try adding a new employee or deleting a former employee from the records. You may not realize it, and may be told by the staff person you are dealing with that a former employee is removed from access to your accounts, only to find out that it wasn't done properly or rather that the software they use didn't get all the locations that person was registered at. In addition, procedures can give employees such fits that they try to pass your account off to other employees when you make changes. For a few accounts, I have had to spend over 10 hours this year alone just making sure that things are set up properly at Chase. And honestly, I have no idea if they are ok now or not. The employees I have spoken with were all kind people. The software the bank runs on is horrible, and I am being kind about that to be honest. A strong warning to choose a different bank.

I came back to this bank. Apparently Christina is the only banker that is nice and professional. Today the bankers were exceptionally rude. While waiting patiently for several minutes. They would not even acknowledge us. Then they started helping people that they wanted to. Not the order they where waiting. Never once did they say a word to us. We finally got tired of waiting and just left.

Great bank! The customer service is top priority. I love being able to deposit my check on my phone. Ive also had an experience where i deposited $40 at the atm and it only counted $20. I just called the number on the back of my card and money was credited in an hour. Easy fix!

Literally worst bank i've ever used. Homeless people sleeping in inside area, ATE MY CHECK WHEN I DEPOSITED IT AND JUST SCREEN WENT BLANK. Very sketchy! Starting a new bank account

Chase Bank is a great place to bank. I was greeted immediately with a warm smile and then asked if I wanted some water while I was waiting to open an account. The gentleman who took care of me was very friendly and made me feel right at home. Five stars Chase!

Always friendly when I come in. This past time went smooth, told the teller I needed $110 withdrawn from my savings. She said okay let's see if your debit card is connected to your savings. I told her it was so she ran it and gave me my $110. Well that night I go to pay a bill and notice less in my checking account than I knew I had. The teller withdrew the money from the WRONG ACCOUNT. I told her savings she did it from checking. It's not a huge deal because I easily transferred the money from my savings back into my checking for bills.. But what if I didn't check and I had full trust in the teller? And I tried to pay bills and overdrafted on my account because I thought there was more than there really was due to the bank employees mistake?? Now I'll always check right away.

I came in to open a savings account. Sat in the lobby for a very long time. No one came to help me so I left. Didn't want my business I guess.
