After hours - the card reader at the door to access the ATMs does not work (chip detection or strip). Tried it for multiple personal/business accounts, and couldn't take cash out when I needed to pay a contractor. Very dissatisfied

so grateful for Chase and specifically this bank. Every time I go in everyone is so helpful and nice. They truly care about all their customers and it shows. Logan specifically was so helpful and awesome with helping me, he was great!

My car loan is through this bank. Every month I go into the branch on Cypress and they said they could NOT take my car payment. I don't like being out dealing with all the Christmas shoppers. People don't drive with care. People honking for no reason they are in a hurry to go nowhere. Had to go to the post office to buy a stamp. I hate this branch. They can't even staff the branch properly. Bad Business!!!!

I have had an account for over a year. At this branch it never lets me in to the atm the door doesnt work. About 70 percent of my visits the atms are broken. I went every other day for over a month same atm broken. How do you not fix your equipment immediatly? If i drive one more time and cant use my bank i am going to close my account.

Can't use the ATM in The afternoon or night. That's absolutely unacceptable. Closing accounts asap.

Was Great Western Bank(?) when we opened our checking acct. here 35 years ago, then it became Washington Mutual now Chase. We've still got the same checking acct number from when we opened this checking acct and if it wasn't so, we'd close up shop and move to a more personalized bank or even credit union. NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER.

Went to the bank to withdraw a large sum of money only to be told that they aren’t able to withdraw the money from my account then tell me to go across town to the other bank and after calling them to ask if they were still open told me that I have 10 minutes to get there to make a withdraw from my account. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THE BANK IF I CANT GET THE MONEY I NEED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

I have been trying to get a hold of a banker for days!! Now I have to take time off work just to walk in to follow up on something that the banker said he was going to call me about almost a week ago... I will just close out my account I don't continue staying with trashy businesses. I shouldn't have to spend all day on the phone and get hung up on repeatedly.

Had to get bank statements for my State ID and the person(Josh) who helped me was extremely patient with me and very obliging in trying to figure out how we could get the statements with limited identification confirmations. Would recommend this location for people switching banks or needing assistance with their information.Josh is the GOAT ?

Chase, I am a computer guy. I know I can do all this online, but I am at your bank, you can help me with things. Some basic concept of customer service would be nice.

I wish I could give it zero stars. The security man at the door asked me why I was there, yet still had me sit and wait for 15 minutes even though the bank couldn’t even help me. The young brunette who tried to help me was very unprofessional and sat next to me in a chair in the waiting area in front of a group of strangers rather than bringing me to a secure location by a desk. Who does that??? I don’t need strangers hearing that I am trying to withdraw a large sum of cash! Then adding the fact that I wasn’t even able to withdraw money from my account at that branch is a joke. What is the point of having a bank branch there if I CANNOT EVEN WITHDRAW MY MONEY. Chase is going way downhill and I will be closing all of my accounts next time I go in.

This "bank" if you can even call it that, has minimal service and is literally being manned by one person. I waited over 15 minutes to get a cashiers check. Thanks his is a perfect example of sacrificing customer service for profits.
