This is the place to go I recently had got new cables put on my bike a few months back and was riding and one snapped I went and saw Jered he literally walked the bike over fixed it and got me rolling the same morning . Great people wonderful atmosphere and very informative.

Very kind-hearted, knowledgeable people. Got my kid a needed bike repair, quick, so much easier than expected and made it super affordable. We were able to continue with our planned bike ride, rather than having a very disappointed child. Thank you so very much, made my day and my kids!

The employees are awesome(Jeff & Eric are super knowledgeable) and everyone there are really helpful. The owner Mitch is very personable and they are involved in the community development of bike trails and races big time.

I live out of state, and bought a bike from a CA resident. The Chain Gang went out of their way to explain the process of boxing up the bike and shipping it, and were accommodating during the whole process. Always friendly and happy to help, they also had very reasonable prices for their service. A quality store and team of people.
