We went to get a phone screen protector and some cases. the owner offered to put the screen protector on and we agreed. When he was done I saw three little bubbles by the top corner of the phone and asked him to re apply the protector. Next thing we know he's ripped the screen protector off the phone and is like go elsewhere in the most rude way possible. I would avoid this guy

Worst service from the manager. When we had complained about the screen protector he put he gave us excuses and then when we complained he was rude to us and ripped the screen protector. Avoid this guy

They knowingly sold me the wrong case for my phone, and refused to refund me. If you don't know your products, don't pretend like you're an expert. The case was overpriced, and it was supposed to be a gift. The man reassured me it would fit the model of phone I needed it for, and then lied to my face when I came back to return it. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

I brought my iPhone 8 Plus in and they did an amazing job. I told them I had to be at work at one and if they could have it done before and they did . So that's why they deserve these 5 stars thank you ! I recommend this place for everyone with a broken phone !

OMG please don't ever go here to fix anything. Terrible customer service. The girl (Emma) broke my phone. She wouldn't give me her bosses name or even give me her name. Then we found the other phone fixer in the mall by the food court and they were very nice. Boss was called and they gave us a new phone. We drove back home (two hours)and went to T-Mobile but they couldn't help us. So basically I was given a phone that doesn't work.

First of all the 2 glowing reviews above this are not for the Kiosk seller of cases in Mt. Shasta Mall... They do not sell plans, but do repair phones and sell cases... They are the Kiosk closest to the center court on the north side. I had admired a beautiful clear case before Christmas with rose gold accents... so gorgeous.. went back in after Christmas and purchased it for $20 ...way more than on Amazon, but I really loved it and thought I would give my business to the local guy! Within hours of my purchase part of the case had shattered... I took it back to the mall less than 24 hours after the purchase... I was told they do NOT guarantee what they sell , but would sell me another case for half price! I said NO WAY! I wanted a new case, or my money back. Finally the young man running the stand, switched out the broken part with a piece from another case... I was Happy! until that one broke just as quickly.. I mean isn't your case supposed to protect your phone... ?how can this happen if it shatters while sitting on the table or in my pocket? I demanded that he remove these cheap defective cases from the display and quit selling them to innocent customers... he just smiled at me. I said I was going to report the stand to the Mall Offices... He just smiled and said go ahead... Just talked to the Mall office.... they said there was not a thing they could do. Once the space is purchased the vendor can sell or do whatever he chooses and they have NO say!
