Ray is one of those rare business owners who truly goes above and beyond. I came in having a bit of trouble at the car wash, and instead of brushing me off, Ray immediately stepped in to help. Without hesitation, he gave me a completely free car wash — and not just that, he ran it multiple times so I wouldn’t feel rushed or run out of time on the machine.
That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days. He didn’t just make sure my car came out sparkling clean — he turned what could have been a frustrating day into one that left me smiling.

I went to go wash my car and I assume it was the owner who was there cleaning up the trash cans and what not...as I was preparing to wash my vehicle, he came over to the stall I was in and proceeded to tell me I either had to wash my car or leave...when I told him I was getting ready to wash my car, he then made an extremely rude remark about my vehicle, thats been recently wrecked and has a shattered windshield at the moment....then sauntered off like he was somehow all knowing and better than me..I immediately decided I am not going to put money into someone's business that treats his customers like lying trash....I always have went here to wash my vehicles...but after today's incident..I will be finding another self serve car wash to take my business to.

Went to vacuum my car and the machine ate up my coins 😡😡😡 you guys should really consider having return coin button on yall machines.

I went to get tokens to use the vacuum and it ate my $5 and then the red out of service light came on. At that point, I couldn't get my money back, there's also no cash return button. There are no phone numbers to call so I can see if I can get my money back so this is the only way I can try to reach someone to try to get my money. I work hard, and don't carry cash much, I just happened to receive a $5 tip from a job I did that included 28 miles of driving. Now that's gone. I'm feeling very disappointed, disrespected, and deflated. You know how the straw that's breaks the camels back? It's tough enough to earn a living. Also, People relentlessly wash their mud off on their cars which is not the owner's fault, but I couldn't even wash my car in another lot because there were either not enough lights in the lots and I couldn't see (8:45pm), or there was mud in the sections that I could see and access. I'm not stepping in all that and then tracking it back in my car or slipping all over the place and falling while I'm trying to wash my car. I can't afford to get hurt and not be able to work. I've waited weeks to wash my car and when I finally try to get it done, I couldn't! I'm just frustrated because there's not a whole lot of self-serve car wash places that I like, and I really liked this place. I'd like to return but I'm not sure if I will at this point, especially after seeing that other people have had their money taken by the machine with no way to get refunded.

Awful water pressure, could’ve done a better job with a garden hose. Also, the sign said it was $5 for 6 1/2 minutes, but after swiping my card I was charged $10 for 8 minutes automatically.

Came by yesterday and got the best service I’ve ever experienced from a car wash. The gentleman was polite, accommodating for not only me but two others with apparatus as well. The bays are large, clean and operating properly. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this auto spa. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be back to wash my engine again. Thanks for the support and great service!

Horrible place rarely ever works properly all the equipment that you clean your car with is dirty do not come here.
