“I just rented a car from Budget and found that the following morning I had a low pressure warning light. I found out that the tire was leaking because I could track its pressure using the dashboard display. When I talked to the customer service agent, they were able to give me a refund that more than compensated me for the effort of having to fill the tire both days of my rental. I appreciate their desire to please me as a customer.”
“SJ Denham was one of three auto repair shops I visited to obtain cost estimates to my vehicle. They were by far the most straightforward and reasonable about costs suggesting different alternatives. The staff were courteous and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner and excellent involving replacing a damaged and rusting rear bumper (not easy), replacing severely fogged front headlights, and painting a weathered front quarter panel. Vehicle interior was cleaned as well to my surprise. I highly recommend them. There’s a reason they were chosen Best in the North State by Community Choice Awards.”

“I live in Redding and regularly rent from this location. This past Saturday someone behind the desk called me to alert me to their closing at 4pm (the exact time I had scheduled my pickup via Expedia). Great customer service! I sense that they are aware of the bad reviews on here and are working to be better. Thanks for a great experience! (If you are traveling from out of town, I suggest you double check times and make sure locations are open. I have noticed that 3rd party sites like Expedia are not always 100% accurate. Not the fault of this location IMO.)”
“This was the easiest and most pleasant car rental experience I've ever had! I reserved a truck through kayak.com,we needed to drive to southern CA because my husband's mother passed and we needed to take care of her apartment (etc). It was a stressful situation and this place was so friendly and helpful they made it so much easier! They let us change our pick up time, the lady at the counter asked if I had anything that would help us get a discount, and when i dropped the vehicle off it was less expensive than we'd been expecting! I'm so grateful to this place for making a tough situation more bearable.”

“This was my first time renting with Avis. I decided to take exterior timestamp photos of the vehicle before getting in.
I later had an issue with a bulging tire and traded the car for another one at a secondary Avis location. I explained the situation to the counter and was reassured all would be well and they swapped me vehicles.
3 weeks after the rental was returned I received a bill for damages to the first car. I called in immediately and told them the situation again. Luckily for me I was able to submit timestamp photos showing a damaged tire I had overlooked but the picture had captured it.
They waved the damages bill, only after I was able to submit the pictures.
I recommend taking timestamp photos prior to any rental with Avis. I've never had any other car rental place try and bill me for damages. I will be cautious IF I ever rent from Avis again.”
“Miller is amazing, this is the second time they flawlessly fixed one of my cars at an exponential rate! They are kind and go above and beyond for all their customers. Karina is amazing and went out of her way to make sure everything was as easy as possible for me. To getting my rental car, and getting it back to enterprise without the added stress of having to find rides back and forth with small children. I am a Honda girly so I love that they are certified with Honda as well. Miller always keeps you up to date so you’re not left wondering what’s happening with your car. They always clean my car before they give it back to me as well. They did such a wonderful job with my CRV after it was rear ended that when my insurance suggested another company to fix my Pilot after a deer incident I said no thank you, I must go to Miller. They are the best and their professionalism always exceeds my expectations.”
