Took car in to have it diagnosed due to check engine light on they drive it to get lunch worked on it for about 2 whole minutes and never said why my light was on or what was causing the check engine light on . They just took the light off and said hopefully that would take care of the problem and if not bring it back and have it redianosed. Just doesn't make since to me .But they were friendly

They weren't able to help me because they were booked solid for about a week out. The guy I talked to seemed honest but I had to go someplace else.

C&S AUTO PUT A power steering pump in my van for $285 the pump is supposed to be warranty my Van still leak after I picked it up so I took it back to him and he said that it was the power steering high pressure hose so I had that replaced not there but I had it replaced and it still leaked so I took it to Keith's Auto and they told me that it's a defective power steering pump I called DNS Auto to see about my warranty and the gentleman got angry with me and hung up on me I would not take my vehicle or anyting to this man he is a rip-off I am a single mother of two children

Robert and his team at C and S we're absolutely incredible! They were prompt and courteous and did an excellent job on fixing what another shop (Jindras) didn't do and REFUSED to do. Robert worked tirelessly on providing the best service. He kept me up to date on what exactly what was going on and even worked with the auto shop that was unable to provide me with the service I had already paid for. I HIGHLY recommend C and S and will continue to bring my vehicle there for ALL services! Thank you so much Robert!

I was very pleased with the service and the cost for the repair work needed on my vehicle. Robert was one of the first people to return my call and give me a quote. They offered the lowest price for the type of repair I needed. Robert offered to pick up my vehicle at work and return it before I got off of work, which showed me that they were willing to take the extra step and provide excellent customer service. This was very helpful as I did not need to arrange for someone else to provide me with transportation. I was very pleased that, once they took a look at the item needed, that the cost was not increased too excessively. I've had that happen with other repair shops that kept on tagging on more things that needed to be repaired before they could fix the original problem. This did not happen with C&S. I will refer business their way, as they were the cheapest I found and went the extra step. I will definitely use them for any future vehicle repairs needed.

NEVER take your car or vehicle here. STAY AWAY! I took my SUV for a tune up and had to bring it back to be repaired again and again due to shoddy work. My boyfriend took his vehicles here for the same thing and he pulls the same stunts, its either lack of knowledge or he does things to ensure repeat services. There is no quality control at all. Finally, as I wanted to believe the best in people, I took my rather new and expensive car to him to be serviced. Instead of letting me know that he did not have the know how to fix a newer car, he absolutely ruined my car, lights in the dash came on that were never a problem before, the suspension job was so poor that the nuts and bolds came off and had to be replaced by a better auto shop. The brakes he put on my vehicle he said were very good and would last for years, after 6 months they were rusted and make my car shake when I brake. You have been warned, if you want your vehicle in the shop all the time, take it to Robert.

I have been taking my cars to Robert at C&S for years. I always get great work and the best pricing and n Redding. Once you find a good auto shop with great pricing you should keep it forever, and that's what I did.

This is the only place I take my car. My mother and I have been going to Robert for years and he's the only one I trust. Every time I get a new car or anything goes wrong, they are my first stop. They are so helpful, fast, and cheaper than the other places. He also will give you a ride somewhere if you don't want to wait there while your car is getting fixed.

We were working with a tight budget but new we needed to replace our brakes and rotors on our minivan. I am so happy we shopped around and found these guys! Not only did the beat the other estimates by 200.00 but they were able to get it done quickly. The owner Robert even took my husband and son over to a local resturant where they could wait comfortably while the work was done. We are super happy with them!

Horrible. My lady dropped her car off to get a specific problem fixed the blower motor for the a.c... When we got the car back it had a new belt a flush, oil change a full tune up but the blower motor for the a.c was still broken... He simply "forgot" thats what we wanted, its cool tho he offered to do it in a week or two.. But when we contacted him 2 weeks later about it he blew up and was rude as F!#$ to my lady...

This is the most reasonable and honest auto repair shop in Redding Ca I would recommend this shop to anyone I have been very pleased with the work they have been doing for the past seven years on my vehicles and will continue to use them
