Went to check on shoes, and I was a lil disappointed. There selection has down graded in my opinion. They used to have Nike's that I liked sometimes, but now Under Armour is there lead brand. I'm not an U A shoe guy lol there hats I'm cool with and sport a couple, but nah I'm good on those U A shoes.....I'm a Js kinda guy, and certain Nike's but U A, hell no. Should only gave them 2 stars for that biz, feel me..... peace-out

The Big 5 in my hometown always has what I need but the last two times I came to Big 5 they just didn't have what they normally carry. It's a small store and their inventory is meager

I was greeted coming in the door, which is always nice, but finding someone on the sales floor to help you is impossible.
I had to walk back up to the front of the store to ask for help in the shoe department. The young man who helped us was very patient and nice once he came out!

It’s very difficult to find shoes in my size I wear 15 W and they had three pair to choose from. The attendant to the cashier very nice and helped me with the shoes. I like shopping at Big 5 in general. They have lots of things that are great for games or back packing camping.
