I go to this company on behalf of my work multiple times a month. Sometimes weekly and I would think it’s fair to say I have spent quite a bit of money with them. I went in today and spent a decent amount again. when I was paying my bill the lady at the counter, decided to give me a deal in waive the fee for bed disposals.(60$)I did not ask for that, but I thought it was a really cool gesture. I left the store and tied down my trailer.
So as I was finishing tying down my trailer and getting ready to leave, a guy pulls up next to me and says something like “I don’t know if you know or not, but she didn’t charge you for the disposal fee,” and I said yeah, “she gave me a deal. Thanks.” Then he said “yeah, I’m gonna need you to go in and pay that.” I explained to him that she gave me a deal because I do a lot of business with you guys and he repeated himself and said “I’m gonna need you to go in and pay for that.” Nothing else. I just said ok no problem as I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble or worse over 60$. I awkwardly went back in and paid, and the lady at the counter said that it was her dad which is the owner.
I guess this is more of a review on the owner and his decision to chase me down and pull up in his truck instead of approaching me respectfully And demand me to go back in and pay. It tells me something about the owners character be wary who you do business with.
Giving them 4 stars because they usually have the bed sets I need in stock and have been an over all decent company to work with.

Always friendly and helpful to me when I visit them. They scheduled the bed to my place and it was done and everything was great!

Amazing customer service! We purchased a new sectional couch and upon delivery we noticed a few spots in the frame that were defective or had some damage, the delivery guys took pictures and I called the store. They had the new pieces delivered same day and they ordered a new chaise lounge that they did not have in stock and will replace it when it comes in. I highly recommend!

Had tons of options all at a great price. Very happy with our couch set we got a year later. They let us explore all our options without rushing us or bothering us pushing a purchase.

They have a lot of good stuff here, nothing I found for me, but I was looking for something specific. I've gone in a few times though and the selection changes. Will go back.

Pat and the team at Best Price Furniture are top notch!! As the name implies the have the best price in town. Even more importantly they truly stand behind what they sell. We had a minor defect in our couch set that the manufacturer didn't want to help with so Pat took it on himself to resolve the issue. Thanks guys, really appreciate the way you do business!

This locally owned business, their furniture and this family are absolutely amazing! Crazy good prices and reallyyy great quality furniture.. that’s actually affordable!Just bought a sectional from them yesterday evening and it was delivered this morning all the way up to Shingletown for less gas than it probably took to get here! Will definitely be returning :):)
