Up until recently, my family and I have had good interactions with employees inside the store and the guys at the geek squad. But, the past few weeks have been a flip. To finish off our week on friday, I purchased a new laptop and wanted to drop it off with them to install stuff. I was told that I had to make an appointment. I said I just wanted to drop it off. And I could pick it up anytime the following week. Again, I was refused. The Soonest appointment was the following Monday. I arrived 10 minutes early. Was told to have a seat. Another person walked up to the counter 10 minutes later and was immediately taken back and helped. We are now 15 minutes past our appointment time... and still waiting... why did I make an appointment?!?

Best buy loses my business because I cannot call the store. Anytime you call you get a rep from usually Panama. It makes easy questions difficult. When I did go back to the store with my desktop I paid around 1500.00 that does not work properly the man at the geek squad desk was rude for a unknown reason. The manager did not seem to care and told me to have a great day. So I will again be looking for another store for my electronics.

Paid for a NEW router, I got a router that was obviously opened and returned. I won't make the mistake of ordering online with them again because I obviously cannot trust them.

They were unable to set me up with a new phone they have exhobinate prices to get service/repairs where you have to sign with their geeks and set up an appointment days away
