I got my eyebrows done by Serena two days ago and it was a very painful experience. After she did my right eyebrow, I let her know it was very painful. There wasn't an apology from her but she proceeded to tell me it was painful because she doesn't do one hair at a time. She then did my left eyebrow and it was even more painful than the right eyebrow. The skin around my eyes and eyebrows was very sore afterwards. The next day all these red bumps showed up where part of my skin was threaded and came off on my eyelids and above my eyebrows. It is painful to the touch especially when washing my face at night. Two days later I'm still in pain plus I look like I got scratched. I had been getting my eyebrows done here for the past two years but after this was a horrible experience I won't be coming back. To top it off, Serena, gave me an attitude after I didn't tip her. I'm not sure how people like her are allowed to do people's eyebrows.

I always go to this location for my threading services! Anu is my favorite stylist & I have been seeing her for years. All of the other stylists are super sweet as well, they all do a very good job, and will always listen to your styling requests. I like to book my appointment via their website beforehand, because it can get pretty busy sometimes.
