Every check you cash has to be verified by person who wrote the check so you have to wait for them to personally make a phone call. No place to do business anymore for me

This bank is a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone after hours. If you have a problem on the weekends forget getting anybody on the phone. The automated teller is a joke and has you going in circles. Whoever sold them that is laughing all the way to another bank who actually will hire people to work on the weekends to answer the phone. Avoid at all costs!
