I bought my truck here and almost a yr later ran into a problem with the catalytic converter and they helped fix my problem free of charge. Also the owners are very polite and helpful. I would definitely reccomend Baileys for a good used vehicle.

Phoned and was told by Shauna that the owner would probably not want to sell a vehicle to me because I was hoping to drive ride share part time (because of miles put on car). Left message for Jake to call me. Left two additional messages in the week or two that followed. Never heard from them. Last call told Shauna that, if necessary, I could just get a regular job. Doesn't seem right. My part time ride share miles same as the average driver's commute miles.

Awesome fast service. I called this morning because we are on a road trip and we've encounter a bunch of migrate of bugs on windshield but from our last behicle repair back in Las Vegas they did something wrong and the windshield fruit sprayers do not work. The girl in the office got us in right away and the repair guys located the issue and repaired the problem. We were in and out of there in an our. The staff was very nice and friendly. We highly recommend.

I originally came to Bailey Motors to see if I could finance a car. However, I ended up repairing my current vehicle at the collision repair located at Bailey Motors and was treated with kindness and a good price for the cost of what my vehicle repairs were. Jake is the man to go to! I appreciate all of his efforts and care he put into my vehicle. Thank you!

The most unprofessional company I have ever witnessed. Bought my car in 2/2021 never had any issues until I moved out of state in January, resulting in getting a new bank and so on. In January I tried calling multiple times and left multiple messages and received no call back until their employee Margie reached out to me from home to update my method of payment. I had given Margie my new bank account number and routing number and she said she would pass that information in to Shauna, their bookkeeper/co owner. That never happened so when it was time for my February payment to come out it did not come out of my new account, I called them very frustrated and concerned that my personal information was never passed along. Again in March the wrong account was charged yet again and finally in April it seemed to look promising. Nope same thing happened again this month, 6 long months of dealing with Shauna who has been the most disrespectful, incompetent "owner" I have ever met or spoken to.

We have been going to Bailey Motors for 15 years and will no doubt but our next car from them as well. They are trustworthy, honest and reliable. They truly care about their customers and it is a pleasure to support such a quality family business. Our first car is still going strong at 300k miles thanks to their excellent care and we purchased a second car from them as well. The purchase process was easy, the in house financing was reasonable and we have had no problems with the car in 7 years.Yesterday my car window was smashed in a snatch and grab robbery. I called all of the glass repair shops and nobody had the window in stock, nobody could fix it for at least a day or two. I called Jake and they had the window fixed the same day and even spent half an hour cleaning every bit of glad out of the inside of my car! They made a traumatic experience into no big deal with their usual high quality technical service as well as their amazing customer care.

I highly recommend Bailey motors. The staff are very friendly. I took my car in to have a few repairs worked on . Jake was fair and honest with the pricing.
