I’m giving Avis a 1 because every time I rent a car it is Dirty! This time the last persons rental agreement was left in the car and did he get a discount!!! Even from a different agency, Budget! Hmm The front desk agent does not like her job and is not pleasant. Rental before this one the registration was expired by 3 months!!! DO NOT PREPAY!! I did and it ended up being Double the price advertised. Immediately when I saw this I contacted Avis and they said the counter could fix it after I asked if I should cancel and restart. The lady at counter said I couldn’t, she didn’t know how. Also when I told her I did not need the truck and could just use a car because I did not feel comfortable driving the big truck in the rain. I was told nothing she could do! So much for having my safety in mind!! Good customer service is a thing of the past!!

Never had a rental car so dirty. Lazy counter attendant didn't want to review the car before we left. Over charge us for everything including 30.00 gas charge even though we brought the car back full. Will never rent there again.

Face to face was awesome on pickup. On Return I stated I wanted to keep the vehicle if I was going to be charged a full day plus fees. Keys were collected and I spent the next half hour disputing why I couldn’t just keep the vehicle another day or have the charges released. They explained how their computers work and my expedia reservation. I told them about my face to face conversations and my actual paper based rental agreement. Regardless of what my agreement in hand said, they kept reminding me of their policies and how their computer works. I told them that regardless of how the computer works, they should honor the agreement they printed that was in my hand.Resolution was waiving some fees and 50% of a days charge, so I paid over $60.00 to be an hour late. Would have rather kept the truck and the hour of my time with my original charges…

Bikesh was amazingly helpful to us! He went above and beyond for us as we had been at the airport since 3am waiting for Avis to open. We highly recommend to anyone.

Avis provided a one-way rental when another company refused. The vehicle provided was clean, well maintained and ensured a safe trip. Avis personnel were friendly and professional.

if I could put zero stars I would supervisor was very rude and disrespectful picked up phone while we were speaking and completely disregarded me hertz was much more respectful right next to them

They close at 4p and there are more flights coming in. Apparently they have poor cleaning equipment they can't get food crumbs off the floor or out of cup holders. The check out service was nice and fast. Customer service rates 3.5.

Unfortunately our vehicle over heated 10 miles down the road. We took our time to allow for cooling while taking it back to the location. Counter agent was extremely rude, unapologetic, and unhelpful. The only other vehicles available were the same make and model as the original Jeep Wrangle Hybrid so we decided to cancel the reservation. We were told that we were being charged $135 for one full day rental since the car had left the lot (although we didn’t have it for longer than an hour, and only brought it back because it wasn’t working.) The ordeal left us without a car and waisted three hours of our day. This location should NOT be trusted.

Only one person working. Took 45 minutes to get a car even though we had reserved one. For some reason the car that I reserved a, ford escape, was not available so they gave us a smaller outback suv. we were told that the car had a GPS system but of course it didn't so we went back and of course it was closed. No one showed us anything about the car and it took us a long time to figure out to open the back hatch as it was not on the key fob nor was their a switch inside the car to open it.Not sure if AVIS still #2 any more shows they sure the hell didn't try harder.

Brianna, and Sanam were courteous, and professional. They made my car rental experience absolutely fabulous!If you find yourself in Redding, California at the airport. You can find them at the AVIS car rental counter, go see them, you'll be glad you did!

I've had bad experiences with other companies but Avis has never let me down. Today I expected to be in a bad situation with a slow leak tire where I didn't know if I'd be stuck with no car, a smaller car or fees. Saram at the Redding airport was able to get me the same model car right away with a positive attitude and no hassles. I was back on the road in minutes.

Great service but if you want a regular suv let them know as my 2day rental was a giant suv and i got a bill for $524Service was very good though

I have never seen a rental car so nasty. I will never rent from them again. The front desk associate had the audacity to tell me it's normal. The windshield wipers had WIRES hanging out of it. When I asked her did they clean the car she told me yes. I said you're lying there is cigarette ash all in the car, a lighter and papers from the previous renter.
