Friendly and helpful staff. It's unfortunate that the socket I purchased was permanently mislabeled and did not fit the part it said it did. I brought my part back to the store when I returned and found that none of the 1 ¹/16 oil pressure sensor sockets on their shelf actually my oil pressure sensor...yet there 1 1/16 impact socket did.

There was a gal in there that was really helpful and just in a great mood. What a great employee to have. It's a rare thing to find such good service skills. Because of her, I will probably go into that location again if I need something, and I'm in the area. A nice interaction can get a lifetime customer. The same is true for the other side of it. As an owner you may make your business. But an employee makes your business successful.

A/C went out sold me wrong recharger for my car showed me on my car where to fill thank God sold me wrong one because he showed me to fill up high port not low port this could have exploded in my face and cracked damaged my engine
